How we verify
Our entire product is an accuracy claim about something we don't control: whether a seat you buy on a marketplace actually comes with dinner. So we hold ourselves to rules that are stricter than they might first appear, and we show our work on every single record.
Two tiers, shown on everything
The inclusion terms come from the venue's or team's own current materials, checked by a person, with sources linked and a visible date. Where sections or rows are ambiguous or third-party sources conflict, we say so on the record itself rather than round up. For a high-stakes evening, confirm with the venue's premium seating staff before you buy.
We know the club exists but haven't completed research to our standard. Unverified records are never matched against ticket inventory. They appear only in arena guides, flagged, so you know our coverage gaps as well as our coverage.
The rules behind the tiers
- Amenities come from our records, never from seller notes. Marketplace listings are free text written by hundreds of independent sellers. We match a listing to a club by section and row identity, then state the amenities from our own researched record.
- We prefer missing a real match to inventing one. If a section string can't be cleanly tied to a club, the listing simply doesn't appear here.
- Sponsorship names churn; we track the churn. Club names are sponsorship assets and turn over every few years. Every record keeps former names, and a stale name in a third-party source is our tell that its other claims may be stale too.
- Team games only. Club amenities frequently differ between a team's games and other events at the same venue. Chase Center, for instance, marks its Chase Club all-inclusive for Warriors games only. We don't cover concerts or other events, deliberately.
- Every record shows its date. “Last checked” appears on every disclosure. Pages are re-checked on a schedule, and any change in amenity language flags the record for human review.
Found something wrong or out of date? We genuinely want to know. Email hello@cateredseats.com. Corrections make the dataset, and a correction from a venue's own staff updates a record on the spot.
