Denver, CO · Denver Nuggets and Colorado Avalanche
Ball Arena: the all-inclusive seating guide
Ball Arena is home to the Nuggets, the NHL's Colorado Avalanche and the NLL's Colorado Mammoth, and Kroenke Sports & Entertainment sells the premium seating for all three through one arena premium team, so several spaces are sold twice, once per tenant and on different terms. Ten records here: four reach a Nuggets ticket and eight an Avalanche one, with two shared. UMB Reserve, the event level club that carried the Club Lexus name until 2025, serves all-inclusive food, beer, wine and liquor, to the courtside rows CS through CS3 across the eight CS sections at a Nuggets game and to the glass row of the lower bowl, row 2 in sections 128 to 146 and rows 1 to 7 behind the benches at an Avalanche game; its season memberships are sold out on both sides. The Ford Champions Club serves the same all-inclusive food, beer, wine and liquor to one row of floor seats behind the baskets at a Nuggets game, row CS4 in sections CS110, CS116, CS134 and CS140, and to rows 2 and 3 of sections 110 and 116 at an Avalanche game, and is sold as a full, half or quarter season membership. All four club pages open 90 minutes before the game and stay open an hour after it. A Coors Banquet Suite, an open air suite of ten seats at the top of sections 136 and 138 that comes with ballpark food, beer and wine, is the single-game path at a Nuggets game and books with a card on either tenant's suite site, from $2,750 for the whole suite. Avalanche games add four more single-game spaces, all sold whole: the KeyBank Ice Deck, eight seats on the glass with inclusive food, beer, wine and liquor and wait service; the Zamboni Deck, eight seats in section 130Z whose ticket carries the same hospitality inside UMB Reserve; a 16-ticket package in sections 124 or 126 with all-inclusive food in the Colorado Social restaurant, which the seller lists as non-alcoholic; and a 30-ticket Continental Divide corporate package on the club level. Theatre Boxes, ten boxes of four or six seats at the top of sections 130 and 144, come fully catered on an annual lease that covers Nuggets, Avalanche and Mammoth games, concerts and family shows. The arena's other suites carry catering to order and pay for, and a Select Health Club Level seat buys an exclusive concourse rather than included food.

- CS110, CS116, CS122, CS124, CS126, CS128, CS134, CS140The club's rule is stated by row: "Only courtside seats have access to UMB Reserve. These are seats in rows CS, CS1, CS2 or CS3. Courtside seats also have the 'CS' designation in their section number." The eight section labels come from the seating map printed on that same page, which shows rows CS, CS 2 and CS 3 in the sideline sections CS122 to CS128 and rows CS 1 to CS 3 in the baseline sections CS110, CS116, CS134 and CS140. Row CS 4, which the Ford Champions Club map badges, is absent from this map. The map also draws blocks headed VCS and HCS behind the two benches with no CS row labels, and no page says whether those seats qualify. RateYourSeats, verified September 2026, narrows the Nuggets rule to "rows CS1-CS3", which the team's own page contradicts by naming row CS as well.

- Rows CS, CS1, CS2 or CS3
Inclusions come from the club's own official page, which the Nuggets premium hub links, and are stated twice on it, in the amenities list and in the FAQ answer "What is included in UMB Reserve?". The former name is settled without a call: the retired Club Lexus page, captured by the Internet Archive on July 10, 2025, is this page word for word with the name swapped, the current host is a CNAME to club-lexus-nuggets.azurewebsites.net, the old host no longer resolves, and the operator's own site redirects its club-lexus path to umb-reserve. The page's footer still reads 2025–26, and the Avalanche premium page still calls the club Club Lexus, so a later review should re-check that the name and terms stand for 2026–27. No price is published and the service cut-off is unpublished.

- Price
- 2026–27 partial plans, per seat, from the team's own partial plan price sheet read on Sep. 19, 2026, which prices four ten-game plans named Gray, White, Burgundy and Blue: UMB Attack Twice Glass $6,913 to $7,620, UMB Attack Once Glass $6,394 to $7,048, and UMB Bench and UMB Attack Twice Rinkside End 2 both $4,211 to $4,643. The figure is the total for the ten-game plan, not a per-game price. The full season and half season sheets price no UMB seat and say to ask a representative. This is the first published price for either Ball Arena club, and it exists only on the Avalanche side.
- Sections
- Lower level on the glass, Sections 128 to 146, Sections 102 and 148The Avalanche page states the rule by row and states it exclusively: "All seats on the glass (Row 1 of the lower level) have UMB Reserve access, as well as Row 2 in Sections 128-146, and Rows 1-7 in Sections 102 and 148. No other seating locations are able to have UMB Reserve access." Sections 102 and 148 are the blocks behind the two benches, which the page's own map labels GLASS and ROW 2 through ROW 7 and colours in full. The glass row is coloured in every ice-adjacent lower-level section on that map, and a second coloured row begins at section 128 and runs east, so the map agrees with the sentence. The team's own 2026-27 partial plan price sheet names the same four groups in its own words: UMB Attack Twice Glass, UMB Attack Once Glass, UMB Bench, and UMB Attack Twice Rinkside End 2. Sections 112, 114, 118, 136 and 138 are lower level but sit behind the ice-adjacent ring and are drawn on neither map. The amenity line calls the seats "rinkside (on the glass), behind the benches and in the second row of the attack twice end"; which end the team attacks twice changes by period, so that phrase is not a section label. None of the CS-prefixed courtside sections the Nuggets record lists exists in a hockey configuration, and the two records share no seat.
- Rows
- "All seats on the glass (Row 1 of the lower level) have UMB Reserve access, as well as Row 2 in Sections 128-146, and Rows 1-7 in Sections 102 and 148"
Inclusions come from the club's own official Avalanche page, linked from the arena's premium navigation and from the team's own ticketing hub at avalanchetix.com, and stated twice on it, in the amenities list and in the FAQ answer "What is included in UMB Reserve?". This is a separate record from the Nuggets one because the qualifying seats are completely different and the amenity wording is written for hockey: the Nuggets rule is rows CS to CS3 in eight CS-prefixed courtside sections, none of which exists at a hockey game. The shared inclusion sentence is word for word the same on both pages. The former name is settled without a call by the same evidence as on the Nuggets side, and by this host being a CNAME to club-lexus-avalanche.azurewebsites.net while the old host does not resolve. Two things to re-read each review: this page's footer still reads 2025–26, and the nhl.com premium hub still calls the club Club Lexus and links the dead host, although the team's own ticketing site does not. No service cut-off is published.

The figure is the total for the ten-game plan, not a per-game price. The full season and half season sheets price no Ford Champions Club seat and say to ask a representative.

- 110, 116Sections and rows are official and exact: "Seats in Rows 2 and 3 of sections 110 and 116 are the only seats that have access to the Ford Champions Club. Due to space constraints, we cannot offer Ford Champions Club access to anyone with a game ticket in other seating areas." The seating map on the same page draws three rows in each of those two sections and shades the two behind the ice, leaving the row on the glass unshaded; since the arena numbers rows "from the bottom of the section to the top", the shaded pair is Rows 2 and 3 and the unshaded row is Row 1, which the UMB Reserve Avalanche record claims. No other section is shaded. The amenity line reads "Seats close to the glass, attack once"; which end the team attacks once changes by period, so that phrase is not a section label, but the map does place 110 and 116 at the end opposite the one marked ATTACK TWICE. The Nuggets rule at this club is Row CS4 in the four CS-prefixed courtside baseline sections, and neither the prefix nor Row CS4 exists in a hockey configuration, so the two records share no seat.

Inclusions come from the club's own official Avalanche page, which the arena's premium navigation and the team's own ticketing hub at avalanchetix.com both link, and are stated twice on it, in the amenities list and in the FAQ answer "What is included in the Ford Champions Club?". The page had never been fetched before Sep. 19, 2026; it carries a Last-Modified of July 30, 2026, so it is current-season copy. This is a separate record from the Nuggets one because the qualifying seats are completely different and the seat wording is written for hockey, and because the Avalanche page drops the in-seat drink service the Nuggets page lists. Like the Nuggets club, its own map agrees with its own FAQ. The nhl.com premium hub does not list this club at all. The service cut-off is unpublished.

Inclusions are stated three times by the Avalanche's own premium sites: on the arena-wide catalogue card, in the catalogue's own detail lightbox, and on every per-game listing, all of which read "Inclusive food, beer, wine and liquor". avalanchepremium.com describes itself as "the official premium website of the Colorado Avalanche" and says the spaces on it are sold "directly from the Colorado Avalanche", and the team's own ticketing hub lists the product under this sponsored name and calls it "private, all-inclusive". The record exists because the Avalanche are now a tenant on the site: while they were not, the site's co-tenant rule parked every package sold only for their games, and the Sep. 19, 2026 ruling turns those into ordinary records. Sold as a whole unit under the site's rule on whole-unit products. No page itemizes what the package holds, and the only document at this arena headed "inclusive menu" cannot be attributed to any product because the site's menu buttons and hrefs do not correspond, so what is poured is a phone question.

This is a record of its own rather than a purchase path into UMB Reserve. It is a separately named product on the Avalanche's own catalogue and on the arena's, with its own lightbox, its own eight-ticket allotment, its own seats in a section UMB Reserve does not reach, its own per-game price and a single-game path, where UMB Reserve is a sold-out season membership attached to glass and bench seats. That follows the site's rule that several official product names are several records even where one space states the inclusion for all of them. What the ticket buys inside the club is the same hospitality the UMB Reserve record describes, and the record says so. Inclusions are stated on the catalogue card, in its lightbox and on every per-game listing. This is the one inclusive product at this arena whose listings carry no catering block and no menu link at all, which fits food and drink being served in the club rather than at the seat. The record exists because the Avalanche are now a tenant on the site, under the site's co-tenant rule.

- Alcohol not includedThe seller's own per-game listing spells the package out: the card badge reads "Food & Non-Alcoholic Beverage Package" and the catering block reads "A food & non-alcoholic beverage package is included with your Group Space", on all eight dates offered. That is the narrower and more specific wording, and it governs the catalogue card's unitemized "all-inclusive F&B". This is the only product at this arena whose listing names a non-alcoholic package, and the same site writes "Food & Alcoholic Beverage Package" for the KeyBank Ice Deck, the Zamboni Deck, the Coors Banquet Suites and the Continental Divide Corporate Package, so the distinction is the seller's own

- 124, 126, Colorado Social on the Club Level across from Sections 228–232The catalogue lightbox reads "Located in Section 124 or 126 and Colorado Social Restaurant" and the per-game listing reads "Lower level seating", so the seats are in the lower bowl and the food is a level above: the arena's own Food & Drink page places Colorado Social "on the Club Level across from Sections 228-232". Inclusions are stated on the Avalanche's own catalogue card, in its lightbox and on every per-game listing, and the alcohol tier rests on the listing's own "non-alcoholic" wording rather than on our reading of a silence. The catalogue's "Access to all-inclusive F&B in the Colorado Social Restaurant" and the listing's "Food & Non-Alcoholic Beverage Package" are the same kind of conflict settled on Sep. 16, 2026, a two-word summary against a more specific line, and the specific line governs. The record exists because the Avalanche are now a tenant on the site, under the site's co-tenant rule. Nothing here rests on the arena's own Colorado Social page, which describes a pay bar and grab-and-go concessions and states no inclusion with any ticket; the restaurant stays in the venue's notAllInclusive list for everyone who has not bought this package.

This product is on no catalogue page anywhere: it was found only by checking all 44 dates the Avalanche's own suite site lists, and it appears on two of them. The inclusion therefore rests on the per-game listings alone, which are the team's own sales pages on a site that describes itself as "the official premium website of the Colorado Avalanche" and says the spaces on it are sold "directly from the Colorado Avalanche". That is enough for likely on food, and the alcohol tier is held at beer and wine because the listing says only "alcoholic beverage" and names no drink. Nothing states what the private space is or where on the club level the seats are, and nothing says whether the food and drink stop with the private space at the end of the first period; both are still to be confirmed with the venue. The record exists because the Avalanche are now a tenant on the site, under the site's co-tenant rule.

Avalanche games, from avalanchepremium.com read on Sep. 19, 2026: $2,750 for the preseason game and $4,750 to $8,500 in the regular season, the high end against the Bruins on Jan 20. The sites' "Per Ticket" badge is hidden on these listings and applies only to partial-suite sales, of which this venue has none.
- Sections
- 136C, 138COfficial: both tenants' suite sites place the product at the "Top of Sections 136 (136C) and 138 (138C)", in the same lightbox, and every per-game listing names the unit being sold. A check of all 42 Nuggets events for 2026–27, read on Sep. 18, 2026, found 138C on 34 listings and 136C on two; a check of all 44 Avalanche events, read on Sep. 19, 2026, found the suite on 17 dates, 138C on 14 and 136C on Jan 4, Jan 10 and Apr 2. The arena's basketball and hockey master maps both print sections 136 and 138, with the same numbers and with no C suffix and no product label on either.
- Rows
- "Private open air lower level space for 10 guests, with 4 couch seats and 6 high chairs"
Inclusions are stated three times by each tenant's own suite site, which describe themselves as "the official premium website of the Denver Nuggets" and "of the Colorado Avalanche" and say the suites on them are sold directly by that team: on the product card ("Food & Beverage Included", where the other three suite types read "Catering Available"), in the product detail, and on every per-game listing. The two sites carry the same lightbox and the same listing text word for word, so one record covers both tenants; nothing in the wording is written for either sport, and both master maps number the sections the same way. The tier is beer and wine rather than beer, wine and spirits because every one of those places names beer and wine only and the itemized menu carries no spirits, while the arena's two courtside clubs and its two Avalanche decks write "beer, wine and liquor". The menu file is dated Nov. 5, 2025, so it is last season's, and no 2026–27 menu has been posted on either site; the listing also warns that "Catering packages can vary". Sold as a whole unit under the site's rule on whole-unit products.

- Not published. The arena's alcohol policy publishes no in-game cut-off
- Applies to
- "all regular season and playoff games for the Denver Nuggets, Colorado Avalanche, Colorado Mammoth, concerts, family shows and other special events". The catering wording is not limited to team games
- Sections
- Boxes A to E (top of Section 144), Boxes F to J (top of Section 130)The box letters and their sections are official, from the arena's own seat numbering page: "Theatre Boxes: Boxes A-E are located at the top of Section 144. Boxes F-J are located at the top of Section 130." That page states the numbering for every configuration at once ("center court/ice or midfield") and gives the boxes their own entry outside the sport-specific charts, and sections 130 and 144 are printed with the same numbers on the arena's basketball and hockey master maps, so the two sections hold for both tenants. The product page prints no letters or sections, and neither master map prints a Theatre Box label. Which box a lease gets is not published.
- Rows
- "Plush seating for four or six people with an option to purchase additional standing room only tickets"
Food rests on the arena's own product page for the boxes, which calls the environment "all-inclusive" and says they "come fully catered with a wide variety of food options", and on the arena's About Ball Arena page, which lists "gourmet catering" as an amenity of the box alongside VIP parking. Alcohol is left at none because the same sentence names "a full-service bar" without calling it included, following the site's rule on the VIP Lounge at American Airlines Center, where a bar listed among a room's contents was not complimentary. The site applies that reading here although, unlike the Dallas page, this one is the operator's own product page and one verb, "come fully catered with", governs both the food and the bar. The wording has been served unchanged since at least 2021, per the Internet Archive, with only the club's sponsor name updated, so it is current copy rather than a page left behind. No price, term or box assignment is published.

- Código Lounge (across from sections 202–204), Colorado Social (across from sections 228–232) and the Forget Me Not Lounge: Select Health Club Level bars and grab and go counters where food and drink are purchased
