Canada Life Centre: the all-inclusive seating guide

Canada Life Centre opened in 2004 as MTS Centre and took its current name in 2021, and True North Sports + Entertainment owns the building, the Jets and the AHL's Manitoba Moose, so the team sells the premium seating and the arena publishes almost none of it. A $13.5 million renovation before the 2023–24 season built the two rooms where food comes with the seat. The PlayNow Lounge sits on the Manitoba Liquor & Lotteries Premium Suite Concourse in three converted suites, with eighty-eight theatre style seats, in-seat service and all-inclusive food, water and soft drinks, beside a private bar that sells the wine, beer and cocktails; it is licensed for one, two or three years and covers every Jets home game and every other event in the building. The Konica Minolta Alumni Lounge is sold for a single game as a whole unit of 20 to 30 tickets, with premium centre ice aisle seating, an event level room with its own bartender and washrooms, two complimentary beverages a person, and the food and beverage included. Everything else here is bought. The four premium memberships carry a 25 percent food and beverage discount instead, and for 2026–27 the team prices them by row: the Ticketmaster Lounge behind sections 124 to 127 at $9,776 a seat, Centre Ice on the 100 Level at $9,666 for rows 2–7 and $9,728 for rows 8–16, On The Glass at $9,822 in row 1, and Loge in row A at $9,714 on the sides and $9,666 in the corners and ends. Their shared club, the Scotia Wealth Management Premium Club at event level, serves Market Kitchen and Chef's Corner from a menu and pours from a full service bar. The Centre Ice Loge, six seats sold by the game, carries a $150 food and beverage credit rather than an inclusion, and every suite in the building, held on a licence or rented for one night on the team's own suite site, orders catering as a separate transaction. Prices True North publishes are in Canadian dollars, with no tax status stated.

Food
Included. The Jets' own page lists "All-inclusive Food, Water, And Soft Drinks With A Private Bar And In-Seat Service", and the premium licence page on the team's single game suite site words the same benefit "All-inclusive Food And Non-Alcoholic Beverages With A Private Bar And In-Seat Service". No menu is published.
Alcohol
Alcohol not includedBoth official wordings fence the inclusion to non-alcoholic drinks: "All-inclusive Food, Water, And Soft Drinks" on the team's page and "All-inclusive Food And Non-Alcoholic Beverages" on the licence page. The private bar is listed among the room's fittings, and the page's separate "Exclusive Beverage Options" line, "Featuring an extensive collection of fine wines, craft beers, and signature cocktails", describes what that bar pours rather than what comes with the seat.
Not included
  • Alcohol is not included; the lounge's own private bar sells it

Manitoba Liquor & Lotteries Premium Suite ConcourseThe arena's own Suite Level concession map prints "PLAYNOW LOUNGE" on the Manitoba Liquor & Lotteries Premium Suite Concourse, which is also how both official pages place it. True North's renovation release of 25 September 2023 says three suites were transformed into the lounge and that it has eighty-eight theatre style seats. No official page publishes a row, a suite number or a section label for it.
Rows
Not published. The team lists "Luxurious Theatre Style Seating", and the founding release counts "Eighty-eight luxurious theatre-style seats".

Three official sources state the inclusion and agree with each other: the Jets' own PlayNow Lounge page, the Premium Licenses page on the team's single game suite site, and True North's dated renovation release of 25 September 2023, which announced the lounge with "inclusive food and non-alcoholic beverages". The arena operator's own site does not describe the lounge beyond printing its name on the Suite Level concession map. The licence page carries an unedited CMS line, "Update PlayNow Lounge Benefits", above its benefit list, so that list is worth re-reading each review.

Food
Included. The Jets list the product on their Single Game Experiences page and their Group Tickets page with the line "Food & Beverage Included", against "Catering Available" for the single game suites and a "$150 Food & Beverage Credit" for the Centre Ice Loge, and its own page lists "All Inclusive Catering Packages". No menu or course list is published.
Alcohol
Alcohol not includedThe only drink line is "2 Complimentary Beverages Per Person", which names neither a drink nor a type. The room's "Private Bartender & Washrooms" is listed among its fittings rather than as complimentary service. The one product at this arena that itemizes its drinks, the PlayNow Lounge, itemizes water and soft drinks only. We still need to confirm this with the venue.

Premium Centre Ice Aisle SeatingThe team publishes no section number for the seats. "Premium Centre Ice Aisle Seating" is the whole of what the product page says about them, and centre ice is a fixed location rather than one of the orientation phrases that swap ends between periods. The lounge itself is on the Event Level: the arena's own Event Level concession map prints "ALUMNI LOUNGE" there, and the product page adds "Exclusive Access to the Scotia Wealth Management Premium Club & Event Level".

Two current official pages carry the inclusion line, the Jets' Single Game Experiences page and their Group Tickets page, and the product page states "All Inclusive Catering Packages". The team draws the contrast itself across the three experiences it sells for a single game: food and beverage included here, "Catering Available" for the suites, a credit for the Centre Ice Loge. What stays ours is reading "All Inclusive Catering Packages" as a package that comes with the purchase rather than one offered alongside it; the summary line on both hub pages is what settles that. The arena operator names the room on its Event Level concession map and nowhere else, and publishes no terms for it. We still need to ask the venue about the drinks and where the seats sit.

Premium at this arena that is not all-inclusive

Just as important as knowing what's included: these spaces are premium, but food and drink are paid separately.
