Canadian Tire Centre: the all-inclusive seating guide
Canadian Tire Centre carries six products whose official pages say food comes with the seat, and every one of them stops short of the bar. Club Bell, the private club on the northwest side of the 100 level, is sold in three forms, Luxe Seats, Loges and Victory Suites, and all three word the benefit the same way: all-inclusive food and non-alcoholic beverages. The Luxe Seats add something no other building we cover does, a stated $660 alcoholic beverage credit per seat, which is neither included nor simply paid but bought in advance. The Brookstreet Lounge, at ice level between centre ice and the blue lines, gives season seat members in the first eight rows of sections 114 to 118 a pre-game buffet every game, with a bar in the room and between periods. The Loft is a centre-ice suite on the 200 level, Suite 208, whose four tickets come with all-inclusive catering for every Senators home game. The Ledge, on the 400 level, sells a reserved seat with an all-inclusive food experience from doors open through the end of the second intermission, at a minimum of nine tickets. Nothing the arena publishes names an included drink at any of them, which is how the other Canadian buildings outside Quebec word it too, and the arena's own menus put beer, wine and spirits on a price list. A new Senators arena is agreed for LeBreton Flats with no opening date, and no official premium page qualifies a product against that move.

- Food
- 'All-inclusive Food and Non-Alcoholic Beverages' (Club Bell benefits list). The arena's own Club Bell page describes the club as offering season seat members 'all you can eat meals, a private club entrance, and more'. No menu is published, and holders have 'Access to Club Bell (pre, during, and post-game)'
- Alcohol
- Alcohol not included, credit applies$660 per seat, per the Club Bell benefits list. The figure is in Canadian dollars, which no official page states, and no page says whether it is before tax or over what period it is spent
- Not included
- Alcohol is not included; the seat carries a stated beverage credit instead
- The credit's expiry, its scope across events, and whether it covers tax are not published
- Service ends
- Not published for Club Bell. The arena's only published service cut-offs are on the Club Seat menu, 'SERVICE ENDS at the start of the 3rd Period Service', and for the Coors Light Taphouse, which 'closes at the start of the third period'; neither is stated for this club
- Applies to
- Ottawa Senators games. The Club Bell microsite is the Senators' own premium sales site and states the inclusion against no other event; the benefit list separately gives 'Access to NHL Playoffs - First Right of Refusal' and 'Access to Concert Pre-sale', which are purchase rights rather than included events
- Sections
- 100 LevelThe Club Bell microsite publishes no section number for any of its three products. It places Luxe Seats 'in the 100 level' and says they start 'at only 9 rows from the ice'; the site's home page puts Club Bell itself 'on the northwest side of the building', and the arena's Club Bell page says 'Located in the 100 level'. The Senators seating map prints the words 'Club Bell' twice, on two unnumbered black wedges either side of section 111, and the same black fill covers numbered sections 109 to 113 and appears nowhere else on the map, so 109 to 113 is the Club Bell block. The map does not say which of the three products occupies which section, so no number is recorded here as a Luxe Seats label. The 2015 Ottawa Business Journal launch article counts 220 Luxe Seats in a 20,000 square foot club at the west end of the 100 level with 472 members. RateYourSeats, third party, lists the block as C109 to C113 and describes Luxe Seats as plush cushioned seats in double-lettered rows.
- Rows
- Not published. The Club Bell page says Luxe Seats start 'at only 9 rows from the ice'
The inclusion, the exclusion of alcohol and the credit all come from the product's own page on the Senators' Club Bell site, which the team's premium hub links as the Club Bell MORE INFO destination and the arena's Club Bell page points to by name. Club Bell is one club with three separately named and separately priced seating products, each with its own page and its own benefit list, so it is carried as three records; the microsite heads the pages 'Victory Suites', 'Loges' and 'Luxe Seats' and the 'Club Bell' prefix in the names here is the site's own framing of them. Two things are unresolved: the asterisk on the home page's shorter 'All-inclusive Food and Beverages' line has no published footnote, and RateYourSeats, a third-party guide we do not treat as evidence, claims all-inclusive food and alcoholic beverages for the whole club. The record follows the official product page until the venue confirms it.

The Club Bell home page's summary, 'All-inclusive Food and Beverages', carries an asterisk whose footnote the site does not publish; the three product pages all write the longer, non-alcoholic wording, which is the one recorded here

The arena's Club Bell page places the club 'in the 100 level' and the microsite's home page puts it 'on the northwest side of the building'. The Senators seating map prints 'Club Bell' on two unnumbered black wedges either side of section 111, with the same black fill over numbered sections 109 to 113 and nowhere else; the map does not say which product sits where. The 2015 Ottawa Business Journal launch article describes a loge as four seats grouped around a fixed tabletop and counts 27 at launch with 12 added. RateYourSeats, third party, describes loge seats as elevated office-style chairs with a personal ledge in rows L1 through L39.

The inclusion comes from the product's own page on the Senators' Club Bell site, which the team's premium hub links as the Club Bell MORE INFO destination and the arena's Club Bell page points to by name. Club Bell is one club with three separately named seating products, each with its own page and its own benefit list, and the lists differ, so it is carried as three records; the microsite heads this one 'Loges' and calls them 'Club Bell Loges' in its own body copy.

The arena's Club Bell page places the club 'in the 100 level' and the microsite's home page puts it 'on the northwest side of the building'. The Senators seating map prints 'Club Bell' on two unnumbered black wedges either side of section 111, with the same black fill over numbered sections 109 to 113 and nowhere else; the map numbers no suites and does not say which product sits where. - Food
- A pre-game buffet, included. The team's Brookstreet Lounge page lists 'Pre-game buffet - every game!' among the season seat features, and its group page states it outright: 'Pre-game buffet included'. The arena calls it 'Top-notch buffet dining in a casual environment' and 'an up-scale buffet dining experience', and the team's premium hub describes 'wonderful culinary experiences prior to each game and access to the lounge between periods'. The sample menu the arena's restaurants page links is a buffet of chef-attended stations: charcuterie and cheeses, mezza, a salad bar, a carving station, pasta, fish and desserts
- Alcohol
- Alcohol not includedNo drink is stated as included. The team's page describes 'a bar area' in the renovated room and says the club stays 'open with bar service ... throughout the game'; the arena gives holders 'access to the Ice Level Bar between periods' and says the lounge 'will remain open for beverage service exclusively for season seat members' during intermissions. The bar is named as a fitting of the room rather than as a complimentary pour, and the sample buffet menu itemizes no drink of any kind
- Not included
- Drinks are not stated as included
- In-seat service is 'available for an additional cost' on the team's per-game group version of this product
- Service ends
- The buffet is pre-game. The arena opens the lounge 'for every NHL home game 2 hours prior to puck drop' and the team lists an opening time per game slot (5:00 for evening games, 11:00 a.m., 1:00 p.m. or 3:00 p.m. for weekend afternoon games). The arena's restaurants page says the Ice Level Bar stays open to the public 'after dining has concluded for the duration of the game', and that during intermissions the lounge is open for beverage service only. No clock time is published for the end of the buffet
- Applies to
- Ottawa Senators games. The arena calls it 'A VIP members only experience for Brookstreet Season Seat Members during Sens games' and opens it 'for every NHL home game'; the Ice Level Bar, which is a separate public space, also opens for select concerts
- Sections
- 114, 115, 116, 117, 118The section list is the team's own: 'Seating within the first eight rows of Sections 114-118 - WOW factor seats!' The arena places the lounge itself 'at arena level via Gate 2 entrance' and 'between centre ice and the blue lines at ice level', and says it 'provides direct access from the private club into the seating bowl'. The team's premium hub calls it 'right in between centre ice and the blue lines near ice level' and puts the seats 'in the 100 level'. The blue lines do not move, so these phrases are stable, but no official page gives a row label. The team's per-game group version of this product sits elsewhere: 'Tickets are located in 100 level corners or sides', with a maximum of 60 guests per game.
- Rows
- 'Seating within the first eight rows of Sections 114-118' (team page). No row labels are published
Both the team and the arena describe the buffet, and the team's own group page uses the word: 'Pre-game buffet included'. What is included stops before the game does, which is why the record says so in food and cutoff rather than in a broader phrase. The sample menu the arena links is from a PWHL Ottawa Charge game in May 2026, priced at $45 per person for the public booking, and is the document the current page publishes rather than a Senators price. No official page names a drink as included, so the tier is none; that and whether the season seat's in-seat service is included or billed are still to be confirmed with the venue, since the group version says it costs extra.

- Food
- 'All-Inclusive Catering: A gourmet rotating menu for every Sens home game' (arena page). The team's Loft page writes it as 'All-inclusive catering with a rotating menu for all hockey games', and its suites page as experiences 'that include dinner at each Sens game'. A dedicated in-loft hostess serves the space
- Alcohol
- Alcohol not includedNo drink is stated as included on any of the three pages that describe The Loft; all three name catering, a rotating menu or dinner and stop there. The suites menu the arena publishes for this building is a priced ordering catalogue, including its cocktail packages
- Not included
- Drinks are not stated as included
- The catering is stated for hockey games; the concert and show tickets in the package carry no stated catering
- Service ends
- Not published. No official page states when service in the loft begins or ends
- Applies to
- Ottawa Senators home games for the catering. The ticket package is broader and the two official pages word it differently: the arena gives 'Four tickets to every Ottawa Senators game, concert and live show at Canadian Tire Centre', the team's Loft page '4 x tickets to all Ottawa Senators games, Concerts, and Shows', and the team's suites page 'tickets for most concerts'
- Sections
- Suite 208'Centre Ice Location - Suite 208' is the arena's own label for the space, and the team's suites page agrees: 'season seats in a suite in the 200 level right at centre ice'. The team's own Loft page words the location differently, 'Location: 200 Level Front of Stage (Home End) and Centre Ice', which reads as a concert description beside the hockey one; front of stage and home end are not fixed geometry at a hockey game, since teams change ends between periods. The Senators seating map numbers no suites, and its 200 Level sections 207 to 209 are ordinary bowl sections in a price colour rather than this suite.
- Rows
- Whole loft rather than rows. The package is four tickets, with 'plush seats' and a lounge: 'Whether you watch from your seats or socialize in the lounge'
The inclusion is stated on the arena's own product page and again in the team's words on two team pages, so both sides of this building agree that the catering comes with the loft. The three pages disagree on the location wording and on how many concerts the package reaches, and none names a drink, a price, a seat count or a service window; the differences are still to be confirmed with the venue. The Loft is described as 'the newest premium experience at Canadian Tire Centre', but the team has served a page at this path since at least September 2018, so the phrase is not evidence that it is new this season.

- Food
- 'An all-inclusive food experience from when doors open through the end of the 2nd intermission' (team page). The arena puts it as 'your ticket includes both a reserved seat in The Ledge and a meal'. The team's group page describes 'a tasty lineup of salads and freshly carved sandwiches before the game - as well as in-seat service throughout the game'. The sample menu the arena links is headed 'YOUR LEDGE EXPERIENCE INCLUDES' and lists a nacho bar, kettle chips, a seasonal garden salad, an all beef arena hotdog with a condiment bar, bison loaded potato skins, gnocchi rose, a Canadian slider, roasted chicken and sweet treats
- Alcohol
- Alcohol not includedNot included, and the sample menu says so on its face: 'All beverages available for purchase separately.' The arena's restaurants entry names the room's bar, The Cantina, 'where hockey meets great margaritas, tacos, and more', and the team's group page calls the space 'The Ledge Carvery & Bar'; both name the bar without calling it complimentary
- Not included
- 'All beverages available for purchase separately' (The Ledge menu)
- The arena warns that 'The Ledge may not be open for all hockey games'
- Service ends
- 'From when doors open through the end of the 2nd intermission' (team page)
- Applies to
- Ottawa Senators home games. 'The Ledge experience includes a ticket to the Sens game', and the arena adds that the room may not open for every hockey game
- Sections
- 400 LevelBoth official pages give the level and no section number: 'Located on the 400 level' (team) and '400 Level. Take the elevators at Gate 2 (Sections 116 & 222) to the 400 level' (arena). The arena adds 'unbeatable sightlines overlooking the entire ice surface' and the team's group page 'a unique full-ice view of the action'. The Senators seating map prints 'THE LEDGE' down the outer west edge outside 300 Level sections 314 to 316, but the map carries no 400 Level sections, so that is the room's label rather than a seat list. The room holds 182 seats.
- Rows
- Not published. 'The Ledge has 182 seats available' and each buyer gets 'a reserved seat in The Ledge'
The team's own page states the inclusion and its window, the arena's restaurants page states it a second way, and the menu the arena links itemizes the buffet and rules the drinks out. That menu is a PWHL Ottawa Charge sample created in May 2026, priced at $29.61 per person plus 13% HST and a 15% administrative fee, and it is the document the current page publishes rather than a Senators price, so no price is recorded in the fields. The two official pages word the nine-ticket rule differently, one as a minimum to book and one as the threshold for preferred rates; that and the Senators price are still to be confirmed with the venue.

Premium at this arena that is not all-inclusive
Just as important as knowing what's included: these spaces are premium, but food and drink are paid separately.
- Club Seats, sold as Signature Seating (100 Level at centre ice, behind the penalty boxes and players' benches): in-seat service from a priced menu, with a 15% added gratuity and service ending at the start of the third period
- Food and Beverage Credit for 100 Level full and half season seat members: a loaded credit redeemed through the Sens app, not included food; no amount is published
- Molson Canadian Fan Deck (214–216, with bar top loges at 215): premium seating and a social atmosphere, with no food or drink stated as included
- Season Suites and Single Night Suite Rentals (123 suites on three levels): dining is "available for purchase" and catering is ordered through the arena's portal and billed
- Suite Banks: a multi-event suite package whose only food benefit is a catering credit
- Club CIBC Tasting Experience with 100 Level game tickets: a pre-game dining package with one complimentary glass of wine and ordinary bowl seats, so nothing is included once inside
