Kaseya Center: the premium seating guide

Kaseya Center sits on the Biscayne Bay waterfront in downtown Miami and hosts no co-tenant team. No product here has an official page saying that food and drink are included with the seat. The Heat sell premium seating as HEAT Elite in three levels: Reserve, courtside floor seats with private access to The 1988 Club; Signature, which carries access to the North Lounge featuring Grey Goose or the South Lounge featuring Patrón, both at center court on the event level beneath the bowl; and the Bacardí Suites and Loges on the 200 level. The 1988 Club opened for 2026-27 in the space the Courtside Club held, and the menu MICHELIN-starred Chef Jeremy Ford runs there is not called complimentary on any page. Of the two Signature Lounges the arena's A-Z guide says they have a full-service bar, an à la carte menu and a chef's table, and that food and beverage are not included and additional charges apply. What the Reserve and Signature benefit lists do state is complimentary grab-and-go offerings, plus in-seat service to order from. The Hard Rock Bet Lounge, kept for Prestige members beneath the stands, names a private bar and a curated cocktail program and no food. The Bacardí Ocho Lounge on the suite level sells à la carte tapas, cocktails and bottle service, with access passes sold by the game or the season, suite holders order catering from Levy Restaurants, and 601 Miami on the East Plaza opens to every ticket holder 90 minutes before an event. Season ticket members receive a 10 percent discount at the arena's concession stands rather than food with the seat. Alcohol sales end at the end of the third quarter at Heat games.

No club with food & drink included

We read the official Kaseya Center and Miami Heat pages and found no club there that includes food and drink with the ticket. If that changes, this guide will carry it.

Just as important as knowing what's included: these spaces are premium, but food and drink are paid separately.
