KeyBank Center: the all-inclusive seating guide

KeyBank Center runs its premium seating from the Sabres' own desk, and the fullest wording for its two inclusive products sits in places no premium page links: a dated team news release and a suite page the menus leave out. The 1970 Signature Seats are the one most buyers mean. They are 200 Level season seats, at $150 per seat per game for 2026–27 against $118–139 for the rest of that level, and they carry all-inclusive dining in the 1970 Club, the 400 seat room on the 100 Level with floor-to-ceiling windows over downtown Buffalo and the inner harbor. The team's September 2026 release says members there enjoy premium food, soft drinks, and beer and wine, and that the seats are sold out for the season, so the waitlist is the published path. The second product is the All-Inclusive Executive Suite, a twelve or eighteen ticket rental sold by the game, whose food and beverages are ready an hour before puck drop and keep being replenished until the start of the third period, with tickets, parking, service fees and gratuity in the price. Everything else the building calls premium runs on catering ordered from Delaware North or on a bar to buy: the ordinary Executive Suites and their annual lease, the Live Events Suite, the Party Suites, the Lawley Party Suite, the 200 Level club seats with their table service and their KeyBank Club, and the 100 Level Glass Seats. One thing worth knowing before you buy: the arena operator's own guide still offers a rotating 1970 Club pre-game buffet at $50 per person on each Sabres game night, wording it has carried unchanged since before the club was reimagined for Signature Seat holders.

Food
Premium food and soft drinks, all-inclusive, in the 1970 Club: the 400 seat dining room on the 100 Level with floor-to-ceiling windows over downtown Buffalo and the inner harbor
Alcohol
Beer & wine includedThe team's own release of September 16, 2026 says the reimagined 1970 Club is “now an exclusive, all-inclusive experience for Signature Seat members” and that “Guests will enjoy premium food, soft drinks, and beer and wine”. Spirits are not named.
Not included
  • Spirits are not named as included. The 1970 Club's own page lists three large bars among the room's features, which is a description of the space rather than a complimentary pour
  • The sample game day menu the team's food page links names no drink of any kind

Applies to
Buffalo Sabres home games. The team's A to Z guide states that access to the 1970 Club at Buffalo Sabres games is available exclusively for Signature Seat holders. The same room is hired as a banquet facility on non-event days, and no Signature Seat product is published for Buffalo Bandits games or concerts.
Price
$150 per seat per game for 2026–27, the line “200-Level 1970 Signature Seats” on the team's season ticket pricing image, against $118–139 for the rest of the 200 Level. No single game price is published.
Sections
200, 201, 202, 223, 224, 225, 226“200-Level 1970 Signature Seats” is the product's own name on the team's 2026–27 season ticket pricing image, and the level is all that image prints in words. The seven sections the product covers were read from the colour key rather than from a label, and the reading is ours rather than the team's. The pricing image gives each of its nine price rows a colour swatch, and the seating map beside it fills exactly seven sections with the Signature Seats colour: 200, 201, 202, 223, 224, 225 and 226, which run consecutively around one curved end of the 200 Level. The other twenty, 203 through 222, carry the plain 200-Level colour, which is clearly distinct. The numbers belong in the sections line. Both images sit in one block on one page headed “Seating Map & Pricing”, and the colour match is exact to the byte rather than near, so this is the Capital One Arena case and not the Intuit Dome one, where a key and its numbers sat on genuinely separate images. No official page or map places the 1970 Club's own room relative to these seats, and the map prints no compass. It does print SABRES SHOOT TWICE across one end of the ice, which is a hockey orientation phrase and swaps between periods, so it names no fixed side.

The inclusion is stated by the team in a dated release on its own site, September 16, 2026, and the access rule is repeated in the team's current A to Z guide. Two official pages are a season behind: the 1970 Club's own page still reads “(NEW) For the playoffs, the 1970 Club is open to Signature Seat Holders” with a pre-event buffet, and the arena operator's A to Z guide still offers a rotating pre-game buffet at $50 per person on each Sabres game night, wording it has carried unchanged since at least April 2025. Both predate the reimagining and the release governs. The step from the pricing image's product name to the 1970 Club is the release's own, since the release names the club and the member; the step from a 200 Level seat to KeyBank Club access is our reading of the A to Z guide's “200 Club Seat holders”. We still need to ask the venue about the alcohol scope, whether the $50 buffet still runs for anyone else and whether the inclusion covers every Sabres home game or only some.

Food
Two All-Inclusive Food and Beverage packages to choose from, ready in the suite one hour before game time and replenished through the game
Alcohol
Beer & wine includedThe team's own single game suites site says “All-Inclusive suites include a set food menu and alcoholic beverages” and that menu substitutions are not permitted. No page names which drinks are poured. The building's separate a la carte suite menu, which the same hub links, prices beer, wine and spirits by the bottle and pack, so the itemized spirits at this arena all sit on the purchased side.
Not included
  • Spirits are not named as included in the package
  • Every other suite product here is sold without one: the co-tenant Bandits' version of the same suite pages prints “Food and beverage included: No”, and the arena's catering block sells food and drink from the Delaware North menu
Service ends
Food and beverages are ready one hour before game time and continue to replenish until the beginning of the 3rd period
Applies to
Buffalo Sabres home games; the package is worded for the Sabres alone. The same suites are sold for Buffalo Bandits games, NCAA events, concerts and other live events on the ordinary terms, where food and beverage are ordered separately.
Price
No list price is published for the package, and the team's own single game suites site prices it by the suite rather than by the seat. On Sep. 19, 2026 it listed the All-Inclusive suite at $12,100 for October 3 and for December 18, $10,500 for November 25 and $9,300 for November 8; the two listing pages read in full showed those as all in figures of $13,945.32 for October 3 and $10,718.37 for November 8. The ordinary 18 ticket suite ran $6,300 to $10,100 across the same four dates. These are one day's prices on a per game sale and will move.
Sections
Lawley Suite LevelThe Lawley Suite Level is the official name of the level, used by the team's suite FAQ and by the arena's own guide, which counts 80 private hospitality spaces on it. The suite is one of the building's ordinary 12 or 18 seat Executive Suites taken with a package rather than a separate room, and no product page gives it a number. The team's own single game suites site does carry numbers: its venue map labels the suite level 1 to 36 and 39 to 80 and names the Lawley Party Suite, which the arena's guide calls a double suite, and on Sep. 19, 2026 every listing of the package on that site was Suite 35, an 18 ticket unit. That is one day's inventory rather than the product, so the number stays here and out of the sections line. The level is reached by the Main Atrium elevators, the Alumni Plaza security elevators, or the KeyBank Club walkway on the fourth level of the parking ramp.
Rows
Twelve leather stadium seats plus four barstool seats, with standing room only tickets available for purchase

Two official sources agree. The team's own product page states the package, the service window and that tickets, parking, food and beverage, service fees and gratuity are all included; the team's own single game suites site states that the All-Inclusive package carries a set food menu and alcoholic beverages. The product page is linked from no menu and was found through a search result, but it is live on the team's site and its capacity and inventory lines match the Executive Suite page beside it. The alcohol tier is the narrowest the wording supports: the sales site names alcohol but no page names a pour, and everything this building itemizes by name, spirits included, sits on the purchased side of the Delaware North menu. That is still to be confirmed with the venue. Which dates and suites carry the package was read in full on Sep. 19, 2026 from the sales site's own listings.

Premium at this arena that is not all-inclusive

Just as important as knowing what's included: these spaces are premium, but food and drink are paid separately.
