Moda Center: the all-inclusive seating guide

Moda Center stands on the Rose Quarter campus beside the Veterans Memorial Coliseum, and the Trail Blazers' own company runs both buildings, so the arena publishes no premium page of its own and sends buyers to the team's Premium 365 site; the WNBA's Portland Fire began playing here in 2026. Nothing on a Premium 365 page says food and drink come with a seat. Club Level seats buy exclusive concessions and two full bars on a private concourse, courtside seats buy in-seat ordering, and suite owners buy upscale catering packages. Three products on the team's other pages do include food. The Cascade Social Club, a members-only lounge that opened on the Club Level for 2025–26 with fewer than 125 memberships, carries complimentary food and drinks, described as approachable food options with beer and wine, and club level seats for every Trail Blazers game; the team's group sales also sell the same access for one game to parties of ten or more. The Spirit Mountain Studio Suite is the one single-game path, a private suite for four or eight guests among the lettered Studio Suites on the Columbia Bank Suite Level, sold whole on the team's own suite site with an upscale chef's table dining experience and a beer and wine selection included, from $1,200 for the suite, and offered on 33 of the 43 dates the site listed in September 2026. West Club Hospitality is a group package of 22 tickets or more on the Club Level that comes with a catering package and a semi-private hosting area. The building's other suites carry catering to order or a credit against it, $500 on an Executive Suite and $1,500 on the Pacific Office Automation Party Suite, whose listing says in as many words that no food and beverage is included. Two event level clubs reach courtside seats, Oro Fino and the Riverside Club, and the only page that calls their food and drink complimentary is the Portland Fire's, for the Fire's own members.

Food
"Complimentary food and drinks" with the seat, described as "approachable food options" served "all night long". The team's group tickets page calls the same access "all-inclusive upscale food and beverages", and the 2025 launch release promised "chef-driven menus"
Alcohol
Beer & wine included"Cascade Social Club offers approachable food options, beer, wine and a casual spot to hang out all night long." The team's October 2025 launch release said "premium beer and wine". No spirit is named on any page
Not included
  • Spirits are not named on any official page
Service ends
Not published. The page says the club is "a casual spot to hang out all night long" and gives no opening or closing time
Applies to
Trail Blazers home games: the membership carries "club-level seats for every Trail Blazers game". One slideshow caption also promises "Access to all the premium amenities of the Club Level for every Trail Blazers game and Rose Quarter Event", and no page says whether the food and drink follow to concerts
Sections
Club LevelThe club's own page places it by phrase and not by label: "A private, reimagined pocket of the Club Level". No official page prints a section or a row for it, the arena's Club Level is the 200 Level, and the team's suite map covers the suite level only and does not draw the club. The Rose Quarter's event booking list rents a West Club and an East Club on the same level, and neither is this room.
Rows
Not published. The page describes "lounge-style seating built for comfort and connection" in the club, with club level seats for the game

Inclusions come from the team's own page for the club, which says the membership carries "complimentary food and drinks", heads a benefit "Complimentary Food and Beverage", and captions its gallery "An all-inclusive experience offered only to Cascade Social Club members". The team's group tickets page says the same thing in different words, and the October 2025 launch release is a third source. The tier is beer and wine because every one of those places names beer and wine only. The club opened for the 2025–26 season. No section, row, service window or price is published.

Food
Every per-game listing badges the suite "Food & Alcoholic Beverage Package" and says "Upscale chef's table dining experience included". The suite types page badges it "Food & Beverage Included", against "Catering Available" on the Flex Suite and the Alaska Airlines Sky Lounges
Alcohol
Beer & wine included"High-end beer & wine selection included", on the listings for the units that carry bullets. The package badge reads "Food & Alcoholic Beverage Package", which is the suite site's standard label and names no spirit; the arena's priced suite menus sell beer, wine and liquor separately
Not included
  • Spirits: no listing, badge or bullet names them
  • Anything beyond the package, which the site says is bought at an added cost
Service ends
Not published. "All suites on the Columbia Bank Suite level open 75 minutes prior to tip off for Blazers games", and the arena publishes no in-game alcohol cut-off
Applies to
Trail Blazers home games, booked one game at a time on the team's own suite site. The same suite type is sold for Moda Center concerts and family shows on the operator's separate event site
Price
2026–27, whole suite, from the team's suite site read on Sep. 18, 2026: $1,200 to $4,750 for a regular season game, the low end against the Timberwolves and the Nets and the high end against the Lakers, plus $650 and $1,450 for the two preseason dates. The figure is the price of the suite; the site's "Per Ticket" badge is hidden on every listing and applies only to partial-suite sales, of which this venue has none.
Sections
Studio Suites, Columbia Bank Suite LevelThe team's own suite map prints the label STUDIO SUITES over a continuous arc of twenty-four lettered units on the west side of the suite level, A B C D E F G H J K L M N O P R S T U V W X Y Z, with no I and no Q. The arc runs from A, beside Executive Suite 41, round to Z, beside Pacific Office Automation Party Suite 54/55, outside 200 Level sections 209 to 213. The map does not print the Spirit Mountain name. A check of all 43 dates the team's suite site listed on Sep. 18, 2026 offered three of the twenty-four units, SSL, SSV and SSY, which is one day's inventory rather than a choice a buyer makes.
Rows
"Private Suite". Unit SSL carries 8 tickets with up to 2 more available; units SSV and SSY carry 4 tickets

Inclusions are stated three times by the team's own suite site, which calls itself "the official Premium Suites Website of the Portland Trail Blazers" and says the suites on it are sold "directly from the Portland Trail Blazers": on the suite type card, on the package badge of every per-game listing, and in the listing's own bullets. The site's general copy is contradictory, saying on one part of a page that a rental carries "a complimentary catering package" and on another that "unless stated otherwise at booking, food & beverage are not included in the price of the suite", and its FAQ prices catering at $100 to $125 a head. The listing is what states otherwise at booking, and it is the only thing at this arena that states an inclusion for a suite: the Executive Suite and the Pacific Office Automation Party Suite carry a catering credit instead, and the Party Suite listing says in as many words that no food and beverage is included. The tier is beer and wine because the bullets name beer and wine only. No service cut-off is published, and the suite types page's own header text is left over from the platform's template and names another city.

Club LevelThe team's group tickets page places the package by phrase: "a minimum of 22 tickets on the Club Level", with "a semi-private hosting area" in the West Club. No page prints the seats' sections or the room's. The Rose Quarter's event booking list describes the same room as "The West Club Level's dining atmosphere", seating 141 theater style or 300 banquet style, with sprawling windows, televisions and an open floor plan.

The food rests on one sentence on the team's own group tickets page, which lists a catering package among what the package includes. That sentence is the only official description of the product: the Premium 365 pages do not mention it, the arena's event booking list rents the same room privately without naming any inclusion, and the tab that carries the text renders only after it is clicked. Alcohol is left at none because no page names a drink, following the site's rule at Ball Arena that a room's own fittings are not complimentary. What the catering package contains, and whether it is per person, is unpublished.

Not established. The Trail Blazers say the lounge "features top-shelf liquors, craft cocktails, premium wines, and rotating appetizers" without calling any of it included, and list the courtside food benefit as "Access to in-seat ordering food and beverage service". The Portland Fire say that for their own floor members "complimentary handcrafted cocktails and a rotating menu await"

Trail Blazers courtside seats in designated sections carry a membership at the lounge. The terms quoted above come from the Portland Fire's premium page and apply to Fire floor members at Fire games
Sections
Designated courtside sectionsThe team's courtside page says the lounge is "Open exclusively to designated courtside sections" and names none of them. The co-tenant Portland Fire call it "reserved exclusively for Portland Fire floor members". The ALSD entry the Trail Blazers submitted in 2019 says the lounge was "built specifically for the Portland Trail Blazers Legends and Row AA clients", which is the only place either label appears and is seven seasons old. The suite map does not cover the event level.

The lounge exists and the Trail Blazers document it, but no Trail Blazers page says its food or drink comes with the seat: the courtside page describes what the room has, which the site has has twice ruled is not the same as an inclusion, and the same page's food benefit line is in-seat ordering. The only page that says complimentary is the co-tenant Portland Fire's, and it applies to Fire floor members; its wording sits in a paragraph printed word for word under the Riverside Club entry on the same page, so under the site's rule on copied benefit text it is not evidence about this room in particular. Recorded unverified rather than dropped, under the site's rule on spaces documented on a co-tenant's page. A phone call would settle it.

CourtsideThe team's courtside page gives the club to "Courtside clients and their guests" without naming a section, and the co-tenant Portland Fire give it to "select Portland Fire courtside members". The body text under the team's Riverside Club heading still calls the room the Courtside Club, and the two photographs beside it are captioned Courtside Club and Riverside Club, so the earlier name has not been cleared from the page; no source was found that marks Courtside Club as past, and the Internet Archive was offline on Sep. 18, 2026.

Documented by the Trail Blazers, the arena's rental list and the co-tenant Portland Fire, and by none of them as food and drink that come with a Trail Blazers seat. The team page offers access "for dinner and drinks"; the arena's rental entry names a full bar and buffet space among the room's fittings; the Fire's complimentary line is printed word for word for Oro Fino as well. The room was rebuilt for 2025–26 along with Oro Fino, with "updated menu offerings" per the team's October 2025 release, and the team's own page still carries the previous name, Courtside Club, in its body text. Recorded unverified rather than dropped, under the site's rule on spaces documented on a co-tenant's page.
