Nationwide Arena: the all-inclusive seating guide

Nationwide Arena splits its premium seating between two desks and only one of them publishes terms. The arena's own site names three products, suites, party towers, and loge boxes and terrace tables, says of the first two that catering is available at extra charge, and never mentions either club here that includes food. The Blue Jackets name eight, two of those include it, and a third space that includes it, Club A, is named and sold only on the team's own per-game premium site. The Diamond Cellar Club took the club level's north side, sections C1 to C6, for 2024-25: it opened as the Center Ice Club in March 2024 and was renamed that August, and its ticket carries all-inclusive food, a garage parking pass, a private entrance and dedicated restrooms. The Lexus Lounge is the event-level dining room reached from center ice seats behind the penalty box, and its ticket carries all-inclusive food plus two drink vouchers, with two private full-service bars in the room. The tidiest statement of both is the team's own 2026-27 group price sheet, which prints Includes Food & Drinks beside the Diamond Cellar Club, Includes Food & 2 Drink Vouchers beside the Lexus Lounge, and nothing of the kind beside any other row. Everything else is bought. The Lexus Glass Seats ticket carries lounge access and a bar with no stated food, the club seats in C7 to C13 carry neither, and the suites, party towers, loge boxes and terrace tables run on in-seat service and catering ordered separately. One thing to know before you buy in the club: the club's own seats are sold as season plans and to groups of ten or more, and the only single-game path into it is Club A, a 16 seat private area inside the club with its own entrance and restrooms that the team sells whole, with all-inclusive food, beer and select wine.

Food
All-inclusive food on the club level. The club's own benefit list reads “All-inclusive food and beverage experience”, both 2024 announcements read “all-inclusive food and beverage”, and the team's premium sales site lists “Complimentary high-end buffet items”. The club publishes its menu for each game date, food only: a garde manger, salads, a pizza station, arena classics, a pasta station, a carvery of the day and desserts.
Alcohol
Beer & wine includedEvery statement about this club's own ticket is unitemized: “All-inclusive food and beverage experience” on the club's benefit tiles, “all-inclusive food and beverage” in the 2024 releases, and “[Includes Food & Drinks]” on the 2026–27 group price sheet. No official page names spirits, so the tier is the narrowest that unitemized wording supports. The one itemized drink list at this venue belongs to Club A, the 16 seat private area inside this club that is listed separately, whose own terms on the team's premium sales site read “all-inclusive food, beer and select wine”.
Not included
  • Spirits are not named as included on any official page
  • The published game-day menu lists food only, and no official page itemizes what this club's own beverage line covers

Blue Jackets home games. Both 2024 releases describe the club at Blue Jackets home games. Nationwide Arena's own premium pages never name this club and offer only suites, party towers, loge boxes and terrace tables for concerts and other events.
Price
2026–27 group pricing, ten tickets or more, per ticket by date tier: $319, $303, $303, $303, $289, and $260 for the preseason tier, from the team's group price sheet dated July 16, 2026, before the 7% City of Columbus admissions tax. No season or single seat price is published for this club's own seats; the single-game price on the team's premium sales site belongs to Club A and is carried on that record.
Sections
C1, C2, C3, C4, C5, C6The club's founding release of March 27, 2024 places it “between C1 and C6 on Club Level”, “spanning across most of the north side of the arena”, and the rename release of August 2024 repeats the north side line. The 2026–27 group price sheet's colour key agrees: matched by exact rendered colour at 400 dpi, the Diamond Cellar Club swatch covers the map blocks printed C1, C2, C5 and C6, with C3 and C4 in a darker shade of the same green that no second key entry is closer to. The team's own 3D seat viewer files exactly C1 to C6 under the level “Diamond Cellar Club”, and files the rest of the club level as Club Sideline (C7), Club Corner (C8 to C11) and Club End (C12 and C13), which is how the same price sheet lists them, without an inclusion line. The team's own 2026–27 plan FAQ draws the same line on a current page, listing “Club Level sections C7–C13” and “Diamond Cellar Club” as separate Set Plan only categories. The team's premium sales site sells one 16 seat unit inside the club, Club A, which has its own listing here.

Four official sources state the inclusion and none contradicts it: the club's own page, where the benefit sits in an image rather than in text, the March 2024 founding release, the August 2024 rename release, and the 2026–27 group price sheet, which prints “[Includes Food & Drinks]” beside this row and beside the Lexus Lounge row and beside nothing else. The team's own premium sales site flags the Food and Beverage Package Included for Club A, the 16 seat private area inside this club, and Not Included for every suite, loge box, terrace table and party tower. Club A is listed separately of Sep. 22, 2026, so the two listings share a room and not a ticket. Nationwide Arena's operator publishes nothing about this club, which is the pattern at this building. The former name rests on the rename release's own words, on the club page's tour form still being named for the Center Ice Club, and on /tickets/center-ice-club still resolving to this club's page.

Food
All-inclusive food. The team's premium sales site states it of this unit by name, “all-inclusive food”, and the product type it is sold under lists “Complimentary high-end buffet items”. The Diamond Cellar Club, the room the unit sits inside, publishes its menu for each game date, food only: a garde manger, salads, a pizza station, arena classics, a pasta station, a carvery of the day and desserts.
Alcohol
Beer & wine includedThe drinks are itemized by name for this unit: “Club A has private entrance, restrooms, all-inclusive food, beer and select wine”, in the FAQ of the team's own premium sales site. That is the only itemized drink list in any official source at this venue. No official page names spirits here, and the club's published game-day menu lists no drink at all.
Not included
  • Spirits are not named as included; the itemization is beer and select wine
  • The 16 seats are sold as one unit, not individually

Price
Priced by the team's own premium sales site as a whole unit of 16 seats rather than per seat, with no service fee: $6,840.80 on 10 dates, $7,368.80 on 10 dates and $7,632.80 on three (December 17, March 25 and April 8), read from the site's own inventory on Sep. 22, 2026. On the October 3 date, where the unit total is $6,840.80, an added standing room ticket is priced at $427.55, which is that total divided by 16. The food and beverage package is carried as an included line rather than a charge.

A private area inside the Diamond Cellar ClubThe team's own per-game premium sales site is the only official source that names this product, and it places it in its own words: “Club A includes 16 seats in a private area inside the Diamond Cellar Club.” No official page gives it a section label, and no official map prints its name. The club it sits inside takes the club level's north side, sections C1 to C6. The sales site files the unit as CLUBA under the product type Club Seats, 16 seats with no partial sale offered, and carries “101” for it as an internal map name, which is the site's own identifier rather than a printed label; the club level's printed labels are C1 to C6.

Club A is its own record, because several official product names sharing one inclusion panel are several records. The listing therefore rests on our own confirmation, and two steps in it are our reading rather than the team's words: that the site's Club Seats panel, whose description is the Diamond Cellar Club page's copy word for word, states terms for this separately named product, and that the buffet it reaches is that club's own. What the team states of Club A by name is its sales site's FAQ, which gives the seat count, the private entrance and restrooms, and the food, beer and select wine, together with the site's own Food and Beverage Package flag, which reads Included on this unit and Not Included on every suite, loge box, terrace table and party tower on the same site. No page on the team's main site names Club A, and Nationwide Arena's operator publishes nothing about it, which is the pattern at this building.

Food
All-inclusive food, with the drinks given as vouchers. The club's benefit list reads “All-inclusive food & drink vouchers” and the 2026–27 group price sheet heads the row “[Includes Food & 2 Drink Vouchers]”. The 2016 entitlement release describes “a premium chef's table buffet and private bar that is available before, during and after the game”. The club publishes its menu for each game date, food only: arena fare, a garde manger, a salad of the day, an action station, a carvery station, a pasta station and dessert.
Alcohol
Alcohol not includedNo official page says what the two drink vouchers cover, and no drink of any kind is named anywhere. The room carries “two (2) private full-service bars”, which the team lists as access rather than as an inclusion, and the menu the club publishes for each game date is food only.
Not included
  • Alcohol is not named as included, and the two drink vouchers are not described
  • Beyond the two vouchers the drinks are bought at the lounge's own bars

Center ice, behind the penalty boxThe team's business tickets page is the only official page that places the seats: “center ice seating with a thrilling view behind the penalty box”. The lounge itself is on the event level; the 2016 entitlement release calls it “the arena's exclusive dining and bar space located on event level and accessible by designated lower bowl seating sections”. The 2026–27 group price sheet prints LEXUS LOUNGE as its own black block at centre ice on the south side, between the ice and sections 114 and 115, and the label covers no numbered section, so no number is taken from it. The team's 3D seat viewer files the seats under its own ids 114L and 115L. RateYourSeats, a third-party guide used for nothing else here, calls them sections 114 and 115, rows B to M.

The inclusion is stated on the team's own product page and priced with the inclusion attached on the 2026–27 group price sheet, which is also what settles the drink scope: the sheet reads “[Includes Food & 2 Drink Vouchers]” where the product page says only “drink vouchers”. Nationwide Arena's operator publishes nothing about this lounge. One thing this record does not settle is who the buffet reaches: the 2016 entitlement release gives it to “patrons with Lexus Lounge tickets”, while the 2024 extension release writes that “Patrons with glass seats can access the Lexus Lounge which includes a premium chef's table buffet”. The record follows the current product pages, where the Lexus Glass Seats benefit list carries no inclusion line at all, and the glass seats are listed in the venue's not-all-inclusive entry with a phone question open.
