Prudential Center: the all-inclusive seating guide

Prudential Center is the rare building where the arena publishes the premium terms and the team publishes almost none: the Devils' tickets menu sends Premium Membership, Prudential Lounge Seating and Single-Game Suite Rental straight to prucenter.com. The arena counts six premium spaces, and five of them state all-inclusive dining with the seat: the Verizon Lounge on the second suite level (formerly the Pier Club), the M Lounge by BMW at event level, the Studio Suites by BMW on the lower level, The Lofts on the east side with its loge boxes, tables and club seats, and the Prudential Lounge, which comes with glass seats in the first two rows and is the one product sold per game. Where the arena itemizes the drinks it keeps alcohol out: the Prudential Lounge page reads all-inclusive food and non-alcoholic beverages with a cash bar in the room, and the arena's own single-game rental listings say the same of the Verizon Lounge, The Lofts and the Studio Suites. The Devils' own 2026-27 member benefits chart draws the same line, All-Inclusive Food & Soft Drinks, so none of the records here claims included alcohol.

Likely
Food
All-Inclusive Food & Beverage, per the membership benefit list on the arena’s Verizon Lounge page; the arena’s own rental site states the same product as “All-Inclusive Food & Non-Alcoholic Beverage”
Alcohol
Alcohol not includedThe product page’s benefit list reads “All-Inclusive Food & Beverage”, names no drink, and carries “Access to The Verizon Lounge Private Bar & Lounge” as a separate line. The arena’s own single-game rental site itemizes the same product: its Verizon Lounge amenities read “All-Inclusive Food & Non-Alcoholic Beverage”, and its rental FAQ says Loge Boxes include “All-inclusive food and non-alcoholic beverages”. The product page also promises a “Closed wallet & customized experience”, which points the other way and is why we still need to confirm it with the venue.
Not included
  • Alcohol is not included; the arena’s own rental listing itemizes the beverage as non-alcoholic
  • The private bar is listed as access, not as included

Year-round access to all events at Prudential Center, from the full slate of New Jersey Devils hockey to concerts, family shows and other sporting events, per the arena’s own page
Price
The arena’s rental site listed the eight-seat Verizon Lounge Loge Box from $3,200 for a New Jersey Devils date, a whole-unit figure the site labels “Starting From”, read on Sep. 18, 2026. The product page publishes no price.
Sections
Second Suite LevelThe level comes from the Devils’ own release of Sep. 22, 2025: “The Pier Club located on the Second Suite Level will be renamed the Verizon Lounge.” The arena publishes its own Verizon Lounge map on the product page, redrawn Aug. 10, 2026, which prints the band across the north side of the building outside the numbered row 101 to 120; no numbered section or row is printed inside the lounge itself. The three per-product maps on assets.prucenter.com still label the same band The Pier Club. One conflict stands: the product page lists Ledge Seating as one of the lounge’s four seat formats, while the arena’s own Verizon Lounge map prints a separate, unhighlighted Ledge Seating band on the west side behind sections 12 to 15, immediately inside The Restaurant, so the building uses the name twice. The arena’s single-game rental site listed one unit, “VL Loge Box 9”, internal map name PLB9, in a catalogue it computed on Sep. 18, 2026.
Rows
2 to 8 seat options in four formats: Loge Boxes of 8 seats laid out 4 and 4 with a private space at the back, Banquette Seating, Club Seating, and barstool Ledge Seating

The Devils publish no premium product page of their own and their tickets menu links Premium Membership straight to prucenter.com, so the arena’s page is the team’s published wording for this product. The inclusion line is stated plainly, and the arena’s own rental site itemizes the beverage as non-alcoholic, so the drink tier no longer rests on our reading alone; we still need to confirm it with the venue because the product page still promises a closed wallet. The four seat-format cards carry only their bullets: the description sentence copied from the Lofts page is commented out in the page source and does not display.

Likely
Food
All-inclusive dining by the arena’s Master Chef; the page calls it the M Lounge’s all-inclusive gourmet food offerings
Alcohol
Alcohol not includedThe page’s amenity chips read “All-inclusive Dining”, and the legacy page for the same product lists “Private Bar” as a separate chip beside it. The arena’s own Membership HQ answers “How do I order food & beverage?” with “If you are in the M Lounge, Lofts, or Studio Suites, no need to worry! Your food is all-inclusive and there is a bar located in your area”, which includes the food and leaves the bar as a place in the room. The paragraph describing a “top-shelf bar offering up a curated wine selection, hand crafted cocktails and local beers” is printed word for word on the Lofts and Prudential Lounge pages too, and the Prudential Lounge’s own bullets say “cash bar”.
Not included
  • No drink is stated as included; the arena’s member FAQ includes the food and describes the bar as located in the space
  • The high-end bar and lounge are listed as access

All events at Prudential Center. The arena’s membership page tells Premium Partners “Music. Sport. Comedy. Spectacle. If we’re hosting, you’re invited”, and the M Lounge page’s own events rail lists Devils games beside concerts. No page limits the product to one tenant
Sections
Event level“M Lounge by BMW is located on the event level right in the center of the action”, per the arena page. The arena publishes its own M Lounge map on that page, which highlights a band at rink level in front of sections 18, 19 and 20; the Devils’ hockey seating maps print the same band as THE M LOUNGE BY BMW, with a Club Lounge East band behind those sections. No numbered section or row is printed inside the band. The arena’s A-Z guide reaches the space through the VIP West entrance. The former name survives in the legacy URL /premium/platinum-up, which still serves this product, and in the rental page /rentals/platinum-lounge.
Rows
2 to 8 seats at event level, with tunnel access to the New Jersey Devils on-ice entrance

The Devils publish no premium page and link Premium Membership to prucenter.com, so the arena’s page is the published wording. The food line is stated. The drink tier is our reading, but it now rests on the arena’s own Membership HQ answer naming this product and including only the food, rather than on the shared bar paragraph alone; this is the one product at the arena whose beverage is itemized nowhere, so it is still to be confirmed with the venue. Sections rest on the arena’s own phrase plus its own product map.

Food
Premium all-inclusive in-suite dining; each suite is catered with elevated menu offerings, per the arena page
Alcohol
Alcohol not includedThe page pairs the dining line with “access to a private bar area” and names no drink. The arena’s own Membership HQ answers “How do I order food & beverage?” with “If you are in the M Lounge, Lofts, or Studio Suites, no need to worry! Your food is all-inclusive and there is a bar located in your area”, and the arena’s own rental site itemizes this product as “All-Inclusive Food & Non-Alcoholic Beverage”, with a rental FAQ that reads “All-inclusive food and non-alcoholic beverages” for Loge Boxes and Studio Suites.

Sections
Lower level“These first-of-their-kind, exclusive Studio Suites are close to the action on the lower-level”, per the arena page, which also calls them “6-8 premier lower-level private seats”. The arena publishes its own Studio Suites map on that page: it highlights short bands at the back of the lower bowl behind sections 7 to 9 and 18 to 20 and around the east end behind sections 1 to 5 and 22. The highlight covers the boxes behind those sections rather than the numbered sections themselves, so no number is recorded. A virtual tour is linked from the page.
Rows
6 to 8 premier lower-level private seats in an enclosed suite

Stated on the arena’s own product page, which is where the Devils’ tickets menu sends buyers. The whole unit is small, 6 to 8 seats, so it sits well inside the group threshold. The drink tier is supported twice by the arena itself, in its Membership HQ answer and in its rental listing, and only the annual membership’s own terms are still to be confirmed with the venue.

Food
All-inclusive dining; the arena calls it The Lofts’ all-inclusive gourmet food offerings
Alcohol
Alcohol not included“All-inclusive Dining” and “Private Bar” are two separate amenity chips at the top of the page. The arena’s own Membership HQ answers “How do I order food & beverage?” with “If you are in the M Lounge, Lofts, or Studio Suites, no need to worry! Your food is all-inclusive and there is a bar located in your area”, and the arena’s own rental site itemizes the space as “All-Inclusive Food & Non-Alcoholic Beverage”. Loge Boxes 1–10, Tables 1–5 and Sections 23–26, Tables 6–10 and Sections 27–30The three labels are printed on the arena’s own hockey seating maps, inside a band on the east side of the building headed The Lofts with a Phelps Construction mark: “Tables 6-10 & Sections 27-30” at the north end, “Loge Boxes 1-10” in the middle, and “Tables 1-5 & Sections 23-26” at the south end. No row is published. The arena’s own rental site names the same space “The Lofts by Phelps Construction”, the fuller form of the map’s mark; the product page and the premium hub both call it The Lofts. The arena sells the space as one product with three seat formats, and the premium hub lists those formats as three cards.
Rows
Eight-seat semi-private loge boxes, four-seat tables with a private display for replays, and club seats sold in blocks of 2 to 8

One record for one product name with one benefit list, following the site’s own page: the arena’s Lofts page sells Boxes, Tables and Club Seating as three seat formats inside The Lofts, and the seating map carries all three under one band. The premium hub’s three cards differ only in their seat-count bullet, the dining and lounge bullets being word for word the same, so splitting them would make three records identical in everything but geometry. The drink tier is supported by the arena’s own Membership HQ answer and its rental listing, and it is still to be confirmed with the venue on the membership’s own terms.

Price
The Devils’ 2026-27 seat location and pricing map lists Prudential Lounge (Glass & Row 2) from $297.64 per seat per game on the monthly plan.
Sections
Glass and Row 2The label is the Devils’ own: their 2026-27 seat location and pricing map lists the location as “Prudential Lounge (Glass & Row 2)” and shades a ring of the first two rows around the rink. The arena publishes its own Prudential Lounge map on the product page, headed “EVENT LEVEL”, which shades the same ring of first rows around the boards. The arena’s page says “Purchase seats in the first two rows for a Devils home game and get access to Prudential Lounge”, and the arena’s per-game Devils pages say “Row 1 and 2 seats”. No numbered section is published for the lounge itself.
Rows
The first two rows around the rink, sold as glass seats

The strongest record at this arena: the inclusion is stated the same way in three places, the arena’s product page, the single-game offer it links to, and the Devils’ own 2026-27 benefits chart, and all three keep alcohol out of it. The Devils publish no premium page of their own but link Prudential Lounge Seating straight to the arena’s page. The page’s “6-8 Guest” chip and its concert add-on block are commented out in the source and are not read as current.
