Rocket Arena: the all-inclusive seating guide
Rocket Arena publishes its club terms more completely than most NBA buildings: the arena's own page for each club states that food, beer, seltzers, and wine are included (mixed drinks are sold separately everywhere but the Lexus Signature Lounge, whose page includes them), and names the sections the club serves. Seven clubs with included food and drink run from the event level (Lexus Signature Lounge, Comcast Business Chairman's Club, and Court Club, each tied to specific floor sections and rows) through the Club Level (Huntington Legends Club theater boxes and the Litehouse Champions Club) to the lower bowl (Caesars Rewards Club, sections 107, 108, 120, and 121) and, new for 2026–27, the upper level (Gilly's Clubhouse, the first two rows of Loudville sections 208–211 and 222–225). Club access is sold as a Foundation or Cavs United season membership and cannot be added to a bowl ticket; the one published single-game path is the team's own suite site, which sells Huntington Legends Club theater boxes per game as whole boxes with food and alcoholic beverage included.

- Service ends

- Sections
- 1, 2, 7, 8, 13, 14, 20, 22Sections are official (rocketarena.com). Access is tied to seat products within them: Hollywood Row and East Side Court Box seats in 7 and 8, VIP Row seats in 1, 2, 13, 14, 20, and 22. The page's FAQ repeats the list without 20 and 22; the record keeps the fuller list from the Accompanying Seats block. The official 2024-25 floor map draws the AA to DD boxes along 7 and 8 and prints 'Chairman's Club / Bacardi Lounge' at the west corner. Other rows in these sections belong to the Chairman's Club or the Court Club.
- Rows
- Hollywood Row and East Side Court Box in 7 and 8; VIP Row in 1, 2, 13, 14, 20, and 22
Inclusions and sections come from the club's own page on rocketarena.com, read this season. The alcohol wording is the widest in the building ('other mixed beverages' at no charge, where every other club sells mixed drinks), which the owner read as cocktails on 2026-09-11 and set the tier to beer_wine_spirits; the record drops to beer_wine if the team says otherwise. Former name from the arena's 2019 opening coverage; the official floor map still prints Bacardi Lounge.

The club replaced the pre-renovation Lexus Lounge (Sports Venue Business, 2019).

New product confirmed on the club's page and in the team's 2026-08-17 release. Documented as an all-inclusive club only on the co-tenant Monsters' page; the arena's site lists Bridges among its private event spaces, not its premium clubs. The eighth premium club space the team counts is HIPP, the members-only supper club opened in 2025–26, so the count does not point to Bridges. Whether Bridges operates as a club for Cavaliers games is unconfirmed; by owner decision (2026-09-11) it stays unverified until the team confirms it. Never shown against a game.

Premium at this arena that is not all-inclusive
Just as important as knowing what's included: these spaces are premium, but food and drink are paid separately.
- Founders, Club, and Penthouse Suites (Founders Level and Huntington Club Level, 18–30 tickets, sold per game on the team's suite site): listed as 'Catering Available'; catering is ordered after booking and billed, not included
- SeatGeek Members Lounge at Fahrenheit: a Cavs United member lounge (both levels before the game, the second level after tipoff); no published food-and-beverage inclusion
- Club Level sections C106–C109 and C119–C122: the arena map labels them club level, but no official page ties them to any all-inclusive club or states included food
- HIPP (event level; the team's private members-only supper club, developed with The h.wood Group and opened for 2025–26, capped at 100 members): the team's release lists chef-driven plated meals, custom cocktails, a premier wine list, unlimited concessions, valet parking, and access to every club in the arena, but membership carries no game tickets and is invite-only and reported at capacity; a hospitality membership, not a seat product
