Rogers Arena: the all-inclusive seating guide

Rogers Arena is home to the Canucks and the NLL's Vancouver Warriors, and Canucks Sports & Entertainment runs the building and sells its premium spaces from the team's own ticket site; the arena's own premium page names no product, no price and no inclusion, and sends buyers to the two tenants' sites instead. Four of the seven spaces the Canucks card as premium say food comes with the seat, and all four word it the same way: food and non-alcoholic beverages included, alcohol bought in the room. The Konica Minolta Champions Club sits on the RBC Signature Level 200 and is sold in pairs or sets of four, with an exceptional rotating menu and non-alcoholic beverages included and a private bar that the Warriors' page for the same club calls a fully stocked paid bar. The Loge Club, on the 200 Executive Suite Level, seats members in box seats at their own table with a fresh, gourmet rotating menu and non-alcoholic beverages. The Encore Suite looks down the centre ice line from the 400 Level and sells hockey and concerts as one all-inclusive package. The Madrí Excepcional Lounge on the Penthouse level, which was Club 500 until Molson Coors renamed it for the home opener of October 2024, runs chef attended food stations throughout the game and is the one page here that names its bar outright as a full-service cash bar. CSE's own terms for suites and premium clubs, updated March 2026, state the rule for all of them: tapas-style cuisine and non-alcoholic beverages are included in the premium area ticket price, and alcoholic beverages are available for purchase. Everywhere else the food is bought. The WELL Health President's Club between the two locker rooms serves a la carte, the eight rental suites on the 200, 400 and 500 levels order from a priced Executive Suites Menu with three of them carrying a $1,000 food and beverage credit, the Captains Room restaurant on Level 200 charges $115 for its buffet, and club seats in sections 105–107 and the other club sections carry in-seat service and an arena credit rather than anything included. No price is published for any club in this building, and any figure CSE publishes is in Canadian dollars.

Food
"Exceptional rotating menu with non-alcoholic beverages included", the club's own page, under the heading All Inclusive. CSE's Terms and Conditions for Suites and Premium Clubs, updated March 2026, state it for every premium area that is not a suite: "Tapas-style cuisine will be provided and is included in the Premium Area Ticket price. No custom catering requests will be accepted." The Warriors' page, selling the same club, calls it an "All-inclusive rotating buffet"
Alcohol
Alcohol not includedNon-alcoholic beverages only. CSE's premium club terms are explicit: "Non-alcoholic beverages will be provided and are included in the ticket price. Alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase in the applicable Premium Area." The club's own page lists a "private bar" among the room's fittings rather than among the inclusions, and the Warriors' page calls the same bar "a fully stocked paid bar"
Not included
  • Alcohol is purchased in the club, not included
Service ends
Not published. CSE's premium club terms set access rather than service: guests may enter one hour before the event and stay until one hour after it ends, or midnight, whichever comes first
Applies to
Not limited to Canucks games on any official page. The Canucks' premium hub sells its clubs and suites for "a game or concert", Rogers Arena's Premium Passport lists the club among the spaces it books for Canucks games, concerts, Warriors lacrosse and other arena events, and the Warriors sell the same club for their own games
Price
Not published. No price appears on any Canucks or Rogers Arena premium page. Any figure CSE publishes for this building is in Canadian dollars (CAD), and tax status is not published.

RBC Signature Level 200The level is the only location the club's own page gives: "Located on the RBC Signature Level 200", with a second card reading "Close to the action from the 200 Executive level". The Warriors' premium page, selling the same club for lacrosse, calls it a "Private club on 200 Level". Rogers Arena's private events table sizes the room at 1,621 square feet (155 m2), seating 75 theatre style, 120 at a reception and 20 in a boardroom. No section or seat number is printed anywhere, and the arena's own map draws only the 100 and 300 levels. The capture of Dec. 4, 2024 placed the club on the "TD Executive Level", which is the same level under its previous sponsor name.
Rows
Not published. The club's page says the space is "Available in pairs or sets of four"; the Warriors' page, for the same club, says it is "Perfect for hosting groups of 1-8 guests"

The inclusion is stated on the club's own current page and again, for every premium club in the building, in CSE's ticket terms of March 2026. Three of the four clubs here now print the same one-sentence inclusion line, but it is not another product's wording: the capture of Dec. 4, 2024 shows this club carrying its own version, "Featuring all-inclusive rotating gourmet menus and non-alcoholic beverages", before the site standardised the phrasing. Alcohol is none on the strength of the ticket terms, the bar being listed among the room's fittings, and the co-tenant's plain "paid bar". No section number, seat count, price or service cut-off is published, and no page says whether the inclusions hold for non-hockey events, so we still need to confirm it with the venue.

"Exceptional rotating menu with non-alcoholic beverages included" on one card and "Fresh, gourmet rotating menu and non-alcoholic beverages" on another, with the page calling the club "an exclusive opportunity for entertaining in an all-inclusive setting enhanced by the elegant flavours of BC". CSE's Terms and Conditions for Suites and Premium Clubs, updated March 2026, add the building-wide line: "Tapas-style cuisine will be provided and is included in the Premium Area Ticket price"
Alcohol
Alcohol not includedNon-alcoholic beverages only, named twice on the club's own page. CSE's premium club terms say "Non-alcoholic beverages will be provided and are included in the ticket price. Alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase in the applicable Premium Area." The team's founding announcement gives each box "its own private dining table and liquor locker", which is storage rather than an included pour

200 Executive Suite LevelThe club's page gives the level and nothing more: "Located on the 200 Executive Suite Level". The capture of Dec. 4, 2024 added "in the lower bowl" and named the level for its previous sponsor, the TD Executive Suite Level. The team's own announcement of the club, which survives only as an archived page, describes "13 theatre-style six-person boxes, each complete with its own private dining table and liquor locker" on what was then the Scotiabank Executive Suite Level; that box count is not published on any current page. No box number and no section number is printed anywhere.
Rows
Box seats rather than rows: "Box seats and table exclusive to Loge members and their guests". The team's founding announcement counted 13 theatre-style six-person boxes, each with its own private dining table

Two cards on the club's own page state the inclusion, one of them in wording unique to this club, and CSE's ticket terms of March 2026 state it for every premium club in the building. Alcohol is none on the ticket terms and on the liquor locker in the team's own founding description. The box count, the table and the locker come from an archived team announcement rather than a current page, so they are in the notes rather than in the fields; no box number, seat count, price or service cut-off is published.

400 Level, centre iceThe club's page places it by level and sightline only: "panoramic 400 level centre ice views". The capture of Dec. 4, 2024 put it as "Panoramic centre ice views from the 400-level in the upper bowl". Rogers Arena's own map legend prints "Encore" in its Premium Areas block but draws only the 100 and 300 levels, so it attaches no number to it. No section, box or seat number is published. The product's name varies on the team's own site: the detail page heads itself Encore Club, the running copy and the site navigation say Encore Suite, and the premium hub cards it as Encore Suites.

The club's own page states the inclusion twice, once in the shared house sentence and once in its own description of rotating menus inside an all-inclusive package, and the capture of Dec. 4, 2024 carried both, so the wording is the product's own rather than another product's. CSE's ticket terms of March 2026 state the same for every premium club. Alcohol is none on those terms and on the bar being listed among the amenities. The product's own name is inconsistent across the team's site, and Rogers Arena's Premium Passport files it under concert use while the club's page sells hockey first. The site's rules settled both: the record covers Canucks games, because the club's own page sells "an all-inclusive entertainment package [that] includes hockey, concerts" and the Premium Passport line is a credit programme's inventory list rather than a description of this product, so it does not narrow it; and the name stays "Encore Suite", the spelling used by the page's own body copy and the site navigation, against "Encore Club" in the live heading, "Encore Suites" on the hub card and "Encore" on the arena map legend.

Food
"Fully loaded chef attended food stations throughout the game", and, in the page's own longer description, "complimentary access to an innovative tapas-style buffet, chef-attended action stations, desserts, and non-alcoholic beverages". CSE's Terms and Conditions for Suites and Premium Clubs, updated March 2026, put it the same way for every premium club: "Tapas-style cuisine will be provided and is included in the Premium Area Ticket price"
Alcohol
Alcohol not includedAlcohol is bought at the bar, which this page says outright: "This premium space includes a full-service cash bar with specialty spirits, feature cocktails, and an extensive wine list." The complimentary list on the same page ends at non-alcoholic beverages, and CSE's premium club terms say "Alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase in the applicable Premium Area"
Not included

Service ends
Food stations run "throughout the game". CSE's premium club terms let guests in one hour before the event and let them stay until one hour after it ends, or midnight, whichever comes first

Penthouse levelThe lounge's page gives the level only, twice: "located on our Penthouse level". Rogers Arena calls the same tier the Penthouse Level 500 on its Premium Passport seating list, and prints "Madri Excepcional Lounge" in the Premium Areas block of its own arena map without attaching a number to it. The arena's private events table still lists the room under its former name, Club 500, at 3,875 square feet (360 m2) and a reception capacity of 180. No section or seat number is published.
Rows
Not published. The page calls the space "an all-inclusive seating area" and describes chef-attended stations rather than a seating format

This is the fullest published wording of any club in the building: the page itemizes what is complimentary and, in the same paragraph, calls the bar a cash bar, which settles the alcohol tier without needing the ticket terms. The former name and the scope to hockey games come from the team's own release of Sep. 24, 2024, which names Club 500 as the space the lounge replaced. No section, seat count, price or member fee is published.

Premium at this arena that is not all-inclusive

Just as important as knowing what's included: these spaces are premium, but food and drink are paid separately.
