SAP Center at San Jose: the all-inclusive seating guide
SAP Center at San Jose is the rare arena where the operator and the team are the same company, and the premium seating still divides cleanly: the Sharks publish every inclusion and the arena's own premium page carries two cards and one sentence. Three products here state food with the seat. The NetApp Celly Lounge, called The Lounge until 2025, is the headline one: select seats in the first three rows with a private club at Club 107 on the Bloom Energy Power Club level, all-inclusive food plus complimentary beer, wine and spirits from doors open through the end of the second intermission, sold only as a Sharks365 full season membership at an average of $293 to $520 a game. The Penthouse Lounge is the other seat product, four and six person theater boxes on the Penthouse level above sections 207–209 with complimentary chef-inspired food and a diverse assortment of beer, wine and spirits, sold as a premium membership whose smallest published commitment is the Penthouse Lounge Flex Plan. One group booking rounds it out, the Plaza & Terraces on the Penthouse level from twelve tickets, carrying a pre-set food and drink package the team does not itemize. The President's Room carries the same wording but publishes no party size at all, so it is listed below rather than recorded. Everything else the building calls premium is bought: club seats on the Bloom Energy Power Club level come with a $15 food and beverage credit per seat per game rather than a meal, and every suite category is sold with catering ordered separately, though single game suite listings occasionally include a food and non-alcoholic beverage package. One rule is worth knowing before a game: at Sharks games alcohol sales stop with ten minutes left in the third period, except at three club level bars that serve until thirty minutes after the final horn. The building is also at the start of a multi-year rebuild called The Teal Reimagination, running under a lease that keeps the Sharks here through 2050–51, which will add a Legends Level and replace the single club level with three clubs; none of it is on sale yet.

- Food
- All-inclusive food. "Being all-inclusive, members will enjoy complimentary food and beverage in The NetApp Celly Lounge from the time that doors open through the end of the second intermission. Unique menus have been developed by our chefs exclusively for The NetApp Celly Lounge." Members also receive in-seat food and beverage service
- Alcohol
- Beer, wine & spirits included"Membership also includes a wide variety of complimentary beer, wine, and spirits hand-picked by the NetApp Celly Lounge staff." The page's own summary adds "all-inclusive food and beverages featuring hand-crafted cocktails and curated menus"
- Service ends
- "From the time that doors open through the end of the second intermission"
- Applies to
- Sharks games. The product is a Sharks365 full season membership, and the team's page describes the lounge around Sharks games throughout
- Price
- 2026–27 Sharks365 full season, average price per game: $293 to $520 for new members, $279 to $495 on renewal. The pricing map splits it into three tiers, Glass $520, Teal $357 and Orange $293 new, against $495, $340 and $279 on renewal. Prices are per seat per game across the full season.
- Sections
- Not publishedNo official page prints a section number for the seats. The team's page places them in "the first three rows at SAP Center" and footnotes the claim "*Select seats in the first three rows". The 2026–27 Sharks365 pricing map colour keys three tiers under "NetApp Celly Lounge Access", Glass, Teal and Orange, and all three are drawn as rinkside bands between the boards and the numbered lower bowl, so no numbered section falls inside them. The lounge itself is on the club level: the team's own food and beverage page files it at Club 107 with the caption "Exclusive Members Only club featuring all-inclusive experience", and the club level map draws the room on the outer edge of the concourse beside sections 107, 109 and 110, next to the West Club Bar. That is the end the pricing map labels "ATTACK 1ST & 3RD PERIODS", which is the end the Sharks attack twice rather than a fixed side of the building.
- Rows
- Select seats in the first three rows
Four official sources agree and none contradicts. The team's product page states the inclusion, the service window and the drinks; the Sharks365 membership page repeats it as "Exclusive access to NetApp Celly Lounge with all-inclusive food & beverage"; the 2026–27 pricing map prints the same line under the product's three price tiers; and the 2026–27 benefits chart gives "All-Inclusive Experience in NetApp Celly Lounge" to this tier alone. The arena's own food and beverage page calls the room an exclusive members only club featuring an all-inclusive experience. Spirits are itemized on the product page rather than summarized, so the tier follows the list. The former name rests on the product page's own archived copy: the capture of May 17, 2024 reads "The Lounge" throughout with the same inclusion sentence, and the capture of Sep. 27, 2025 already reads "The NetApp Celly Lounge".

- Food
- "Enjoy complimentary food and beverage from a chef-inspired menu, crafted exclusively for our Premium Members. The Penthouse Lounge also includes access to a rotating food menu." The team's flex plan page words the same thing as "chef-driven menus and rotating culinary creations"
- Alcohol
- Beer, wine & spirits included"A diverse assortment of beer, wine, and spirits", on the product page. The flex plan page itemizes it the same way, "a curated selection of complimentary beer, wine, and spirits", and adds the service window
- Service ends
- The flex plan page states the service runs from doors open through the second intermission. The product page states no cut-off
- Applies to
- All Sharks games, and select SAP Center concerts, comedy and other live events. The team sells it as a premium membership covering both, and the arena's own premium page lists it as one of the building's two premium products. The team's 2025–26 media guide is the only source that scopes the non-Sharks half: "access to a variety of events at SAP Center including all Sharks Game, and select access to concerts, family shows, and more"
- Price
- Not published. No Sharks or SAP Center page prints a price for the Penthouse Lounge, and the team's flex plan builder showed no games when it was read on Sep. 19, 2026.
- Sections
- Penthouse LevelThe team's suite site places it "Penthouse Level (Above Sections 207-209); Sharks shoot 2x end". Sections 207 to 209 are the sections the boxes sit above rather than the product's own labels, and "Sharks shoot 2x end" is a hockey orientation phrase for the end the Sharks attack twice, not a fixed side of the building; the 2026–27 pricing map labels that end "ATTACK 1ST & 3RD PERIODS". The arena's own premium page describes the product as "semi-private theatre boxes". The team's 2025–26 media guide gives the product a published size in its SAP Center facts and figures, "Penthouse Lounge: 184 theatre-style seats". No official map prints a label for it.
- Rows
- Four or six person theater boxes, sold whole
Four official sources state the inclusion and agree with each other: the team's product page, the team's premium hub, the arena operator's own premium page, which calls the Penthouse Lounge the building's latest premium seating experience "which features semi-private theatre boxes and all-inclusive food and beverage", and the team's 2025–26 media guide, which describes "an all-inclusive food and beverage experience from a chef-inspired, rotating food menu that includes access to a diverse assortment of beer, wine, and spirits". Spirits are itemized three times rather than summarized, so the tier follows the list. The tier does not rest on the private bar, and the bar is not recorded as complimentary: all three pages introduce it after the itemized pour and as a further amenity ("Enjoy additional access to a private bar"; "members have access to a private bar"), and the team's suite site files it under Additional Amenities as "Access to Semi-Private Bar" beside "Access to SAP Center Club Level", which is access to the building's paid club bars. Under the site's Ball Arena ruling a bar listed among a room's contents is not complimentary, so what the private bar pours and on what terms is not established and it is still to be confirmed with the venue. The service window is taken from the flex plan page, which is the team's own, and the product page is silent on it.

- Food
- "Terraces include your choice of food and drinks from one of our pre-set menus, great seating, and a perfect view of the Shark Head." What the pre-set menus contain is not published
- Alcohol
- Alcohol not includedNo drink is named. The page says "food and drinks from one of our pre-set menus" and stops there, and no other official page describes what a Terrace booking pours. The building's own bars, on the concourse and on the Bloom Energy Power Club level, are places where drinks are bought
- Not included
- No drink is named as included
- Service ends
- Not published
- Applies to
- Sharks games, sold to groups of twelve or more through Sharks group sales
- Sections
- Penthouse levelThe team's hospitality spaces page places the product by phrase, "this semi-private space on the Penthouse level", with "a perfect view of the Shark Head". No page prints a section or a box number. The arena's venue map page confirms the labels exist as seating locations by listing what closes for concerts: "All Terrace and Plaza seating locations". The team's 2025–26 media guide counts them in its SAP Center facts and figures, between the suite count and the parking count: "Penthouse Terrace Group Entertainment Areas: 3".
- Rows
- Not published. The page says only "great seating"
The inclusion rests on one sentence on the team's own hospitality spaces page, which is the only official description of the product. Neither the Sharks' premium pages nor the arena's mention it, and the arena's Host Your Event page names no space at all. Alcohol is left at none because no page names a drink, following the rule that unnamed food and drink takes the narrowest tier, and the reading is our own rather than the team's; a re-check on Sep. 19, 2026 found no group price sheet, no group menu and nothing itemized in the page's own images, and the only catering document either official site publishes is an à la carte suite menu that names neither room. Following the site's rule at Moda Center, a group hospitality package with no page, price or online path of its own still gets a record when the team's page states the catering package and the smallest allotment is under fifty; twelve is well under. Being filed under Group Tickets is not evidence against the record: the same Group Tickets tab bar lists "Penthouse Lounge Group Tickets", pointing at the Penthouse Lounge product page.

Premium at this arena that is not all-inclusive
Just as important as knowing what's included: these spaces are premium, but food and drink are paid separately.
- President's Room (seats close to the ice, sold through group sales with no page, price or online path of its own): the Sharks state that access "is accompanied by seats close to the ice and includes a pre-set food and beverage package", but nothing published gives the party size, so the group threshold cannot be tested on its merits. Until a party size is published it is listed here rather than as a club
- Bloom Energy Power Club seats (Club 1 to Club 5 on the Sharks365 pricing map, $145 to $288 average per game): a dedicated semi-private entrance and a $15 food and beverage credit per seat per game, not a meal. The level's own stands and its North, South and West Club bars sell food and drink
- Concourse Suites (Concourse Level, 18 to 24 tickets, four parking passes, private in-suite restroom and kitchenette): "Catering Available", ordered and billed separately
- Penthouse Suites (Penthouse Level above the 200 level, 12 to 30 tickets, four parking passes): "Catering Available"
- Party Suites (Penthouse Level at the end the Sharks attack twice, 20 to 30 tickets, six parking passes): "Catering Available"
- Special Event Suites, which the team also calls Themed Premium Suites (12 tickets, four parking passes): the team's Themed Suites page states what is included with every one of them, an in-game on-camera spotlight, a mascot appearance, theme-specific decor, merchandise and gifts, and a personalized experience, and names no food or drink; the product card says "Catering Available", and some single game listings for these suites have included a food and non-alcoholic beverage package from gates open
- Legends Suite (Concourse Suite 19, 19 tickets and up to four more, four parking passes, a signed puck for the host): the single game listing carries a $500 catering credit and says catering is not included
- The Frank Jirik Room (up to 100 people) and the Rinkside Room (up to 250, one room or three): private reception and meeting spaces booked through group sales, with no food or drink stated and no seats attached
- Sharks365 memberships outside the NetApp Celly Lounge, and the Sharks Flex Plan from three games: 20% off food and non-alcoholic beverages at concession stands, 3% back in Teal Tokens, and no included food
