Scotiabank Arena: the all-inclusive seating guide
Scotiabank Arena is home to the Raptors and the NHL's Maple Leafs, and Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment runs the building and sells its premium spaces; neither tenant publishes a premium seating page of its own, so the authoritative pages are the arena's own and MLSE's sales site: the Raptors send the Suites card on their tickets page there, and the Maple Leafs' premium page is two cards pointing at the same place. The house model is a la carte dining: the Platinum Club, the ScotiaClub, the Rogers Club below Platinum sections 107–109 and the MNP Pass Social Club below sections 118–120 all serve from priced menus rather than including food with the seat. The one seat product whose official page says otherwise is the Mastercard Lounge, a members-only club on the 200 Level directly above sections 110–112, where the arena promises 5-star, all-inclusive dining from a daily Chef's Table menu; the bar there is described among the room's fittings and no drink is stated as included. The six Gondola boxes across the north end are rented whole for Raptors and Maple Leafs games, from 30 tickets upward, with food and soft drink included in the purchase and a private host. A 500 Level Loge Club opened in the fall of 2025 in eight converted loge suites, and its terms are not settled: the arena's Reimagination page says members can expect all-inclusive food offerings while MLSE's sales site describes a la carte dining in the same space. Every suite in the building, on the 200, 400, 500 and 600 Levels, orders catering from Pinnacle Caterers and pays for it. Prices the arena publishes are in Canadian dollars.

- Food
- 'Enjoy 5-star, all-inclusive dining anywhere in our Lounge' (arena page), which also calls this 'Scotiabank Arena's first members-only social club with all-inclusive dining, featuring an inspired daily menu that brings Canada's most premium ingredients to our interactive Chef's Table'. The menu is itemized as East and West Coast seafood, carved prime Canadian beef, artisanal pasta and bread, local and seasonal greens and vegetables, hand rolled sushi, Ontario and Quebec charcuterie and cheese, and hand made pastries and sweets
- Alcohol
- Alcohol not includedNo drink is stated as included. The arena's page names the bar twice without calling it complimentary: members may 'entertain your friends and colleagues at our premium bar', and 'Fully stocked, exclusively curated premium bar offerings' is listed under High-End Finishes, among the room's fittings. The all-inclusive wording is applied to dining and never to the bar, and the 2023 launch release describes the mixologists' cocktails without saying they are included
- Not included
- Drinks are not stated as included
- Service ends
- Not published for the lounge. The arena's alcohol policy stops alcohol service at the start of the fourth quarter at basketball games, and says nothing about service inside a members' club
- Applies to
- Raptors games. The lounge's own enquiry form describes a membership 'that includes all Maple Leafs and Raptors games', and MLSE's sales site adds 'Select Concerts and Live Events with respect to 360 degree show setups'. The same lounge serves Maple Leafs games on a hockey service clock, so those terms have their own record
- Price
- Not published. Any price MLSE publishes for this arena is in Canadian dollars (CAD); the club menus on the arena's site are priced that way.
- Sections
- 200 Level, directly above Sections 110–112The location phrase is official and is the only one published: MLSE's own premium sales site says the 'Shared Members Only suite space is located on the 200L made up of designated seats within the space are directly above Sections 110-112', and the launch release places the lounge 'overlooking the bowl from the south-west corner of the 200 Level'. The arena's own basketball seating map prints a Mastercard roundel and the word 'lounge' on the 200 Level ring immediately outside bowl sections 110 and 111, which agrees with both. No row labels and no seat count are published anywhere.
- Rows
- Not published. The arena's page gives two ways to sit: 'Dine at our back of house seated tables or enjoy our menu offerings while watching the game in your upgraded stadium seats'
The inclusion comes from the arena's own current product page, which says all-inclusive dining twice and itemizes the stations, and the seats it attaches to come from MLSE's own sales site. Only food is covered: the tier is none because the same page describes the bar as a fitting rather than as included, following the site's rule on a bar listed among a room's contents. No section or row numbers, no seat count, no membership price and no service cut-off are published, and no Raptors page mentions the lounge at all, so it is still to be confirmed with the venue. Kept separate from the Maple Leafs record because the only service clock any official page gives for this room is the arena's own, and the arena states it once per sport: hockey at the start of the third period, basketball at the start of the fourth quarter.

- Applies to
- Maple Leafs games. The lounge's own enquiry form, published at a Maple Leafs season seat address, describes a membership 'that includes all Maple Leafs and Raptors games' and asks whether the applicant is 'currently a Maple Leafs and/or Raptors Member'; MLSE's sales site lists the seats for 'Leafs / Raptors / Select Concerts and Live Events with respect to 360 degree show setups'. The same lounge serves Raptors games on a basketball service clock, so those terms have their own record

- Food
- 'Elevated food experience with food and soft drink included in your gondola purchase' (MLSE's sales site). The arena's own page puts it more broadly: gondolas 'include tickets, food and beverage, and host/hostess'. A private gondola host serves the group
- Alcohol
- Alcohol not includedSoft drinks are the only drink itemized as included. The arena's broader 'food and beverage' line names no drink at all, and the Maple Leafs' premium page describes the gondola as coming with 'a dedicated bartender', which reads as a bar rather than an included pour

- Service ends
- Not published for the gondolas. The arena's alcohol policy stops alcohol service at the start of the fourth quarter at basketball games
- Applies to
- Raptors games. MLSE's sales site lists Raptors and Leafs under Event Availability; the arena's own page mentions only the Maple Leafs, calling the gondola 'the only group product available for the Toronto Maple Leafs', and those Maple Leafs terms have their own record
- Price
- Not published. MLSE's sales site notes 'Rates for youth sports team and community clubs' without giving a figure; any price it publishes for this arena is in Canadian dollars (CAD).
- Sections
- Gondola 1, Gondola 2, Gondola 3, Gondola 4, Gondola 5, Gondola 6The six labels are printed on the arena's own basketball seating map, in a strip of boxes across the north end above Gate 1, and they label the gondola boxes themselves rather than the numbered sections behind them. MLSE's sales site places the product on the 'North Perimeter (6th floor)' with 'private restrooms on the 600-level'. The map file is dated Nov 2023, and no later official map has been published. Which gondola a rental gets is not published.
- Rows
- Whole boxes rather than rows. MLSE's sales site offers 'a variety of capacity options for large groups: 30, 42, 52, or 57 tickets included as base allotment, with option to purchase up to +5 additional tickets', and an 'Option to combine multiple suites for groups of up to 300+'. The arena's own page says gondolas 'can accommodate anywhere from 42 to 114 guests'
Two official pages state the inclusion, MLSE's own sales site and the arena's own product page, and they agree that food comes with the purchase; the sales site is the narrower of the two on drinks and the record follows it. Recorded under the site's rule on whole-unit products, since the smallest gondola carries a base allotment of 30 tickets and so falls below the 50-or-more group products the site leaves out. The arena's page names only the Maple Leafs while MLSE's sales site lists Raptors games, and the two disagree on capacity (42 to 114 against 30, 42, 52 or 57 plus five), so it is still to be confirmed with the venue. Kept separate from the Maple Leafs record because the arena's own Gondola Suites page writes the capacity and the framing for that tenant alone, the Maple Leafs' ticket pages add a bartender and a private elevator this page does not, and the only service clock published for the boxes is the arena's own, which the arena states once per sport.

500 Level Loge Club
Unverified- Food
- Two official MLSE pages disagree. The arena's Reimagination page and the MLSE release of October 20, 2025 say 'Members of the refined-casual Loge Club can expect all-inclusive food offerings'. MLSE's own sales site describes the same space as a 'Members only club space offering an elevated a-la-carte dining experience'

- Raptors and Maple Leafs games. MLSE's sales site tags the club Leafs and Raptors on its venue index and also marks it Sports & Concerts, and the October 2025 release promises members 'premium vantage points of the court and ice'

- West Perimeter (5th floor)The location phrase is official and is the only one published, from MLSE's own sales site. No official map labels the club: the arena's basketball seating map is dated Nov 2023 and predates the conversion, and the arena FAQ's suite count of '24 Loge Suites' also predates it. The October 2025 release says the space was made from 'eight loge suites on the 500 Level'.
- Rows
- Not published. Eight 500 Level loge suites were reconfigured into a 100 person club space (MLSE release, October 20, 2025)
The club exists and opened in the fall of 2025, but its terms are not established, so it is not shown against a game. One official MLSE page, the arena's Reimagination page carrying the October 2025 release, says members can expect all-inclusive food offerings; another, MLSE's own premium sales site, says the club sells an elevated a la carte dining experience. Four of the five benefit bullets on that sales page, including the food and beverage line, are word for word the same as the MNP Pass Social Club page on the same site, one of them describing members watching players 'enter and exit the action of the game', which fits the MNP club beside the event-level tunnel and cannot describe a club on the fifth floor, so the a la carte line reads as copied boilerplate rather than this club's own terms. Neither page gives a price, a seat count, sections, rows or a purchase path, and no product page for the club exists on the arena site. We still need to confirm this with the venue. One record covers both tenants because nothing in it is written in either sport's words: the sales site tags the club Leafs and Raptors, the release names the court and the ice together, and no page publishes a service cut-off that could differ by sport.

Premium at this arena that is not all-inclusive
Just as important as knowing what's included: these spaces are premium, but food and drink are paid separately.
- Platinum Club (an event-level restaurant for Platinum seat holders, the first 10 rows of sections 107–109 and sections 118–120): three dining rooms seating up to 260, two onyx bars and a 3,000 bottle wine cellar, with priced dinner and beverage menus and nothing stated as included
- Rogers Club (first 10 rows of sections 107–109, with the club directly beneath them on the event level; the arena's premium hub still cards it as the Signature Club, formerly The Chairman's Suite): "Menu designed for a-la-carte dining and anchored by Harbour 60 and Pinnacle Catering's USDA prime steak program", with in-seat service on request
- MNP Pass Social Club (first 10 rows of sections 118, 119 and 120, with the club directly below them on the 200 Level): "Members only club space offering an elevated a-la-carte dining experience", reached only by full season ownership of those seats
- ScotiaClub (members only for Raptors and Maple Leafs games, on the Gallery levels of the 100 Level; tickets are marked "ScotiaClub Access"): a priced Raptors game day menu, with no food or drink stated as included
- ScotiaClub Loge Tables (east side of the 200 Level, tables of 2 to 4): "Access to a premium a-la-carte menu by ScotiaClub", with a dedicated host and server
- Sher Club (members and invite only, a 4,000 square foot space open at all Raptors and Maple Leafs home games): no food or drink is stated as included
- 200 Level Mastercard Executive Suites (64 suites looping the second floor; 12 tickets with the option to buy up to eight more): "Food & beverage is available for purchase, option to preorder or order on event day", ordered from Pinnacle Caterers
- 400 Level Suites (LS401 to LS408, west end behind the opponents' net; 8 to 12 seats): pre-order catering options through Pinnacle Catering, charged to the suite holder
- 500 and 600 Level Theatre Suites (TS501 to TS511 and TS601 to TS613, east end; eight tickets with the option to buy up to six more): the arena's page footnotes its pre-order catering line "Food and Beverage is an additional charge"
