UBS Arena: the all-inclusive seating guide

UBS Arena is unusual in where its terms live: the arena's own premium pages name seven spaces and state inclusions for none of them, while two sites the Islanders operate carry all of them. Four products include food with the seat. The UBS Club Box and the JetBlue Mosaic Lounge are booked by the game on the team's suite site with the inclusion printed on the booking page; the first is a semi-private opera box on the suite level whose all-inclusive food and soft drinks are served in the UBS Club directly behind it, and the second is an ice level lounge behind the team benches that adds select beer and wine and sells in blocks as small as two seats. The DIME Club and the Verizon Lounge are season memberships, the first an elevated all-inclusive buffet with lower bowl center ice seats, the second food plus beer and wine with the first eight rows of the lower bowl. The team states the limit as plainly as the benefit: food is not included for concerts in the DIME Club, Hyundai Club or Verizon Lounge.

Food
Elevated all-inclusive buffet of salads, sandwiches, a carving station, and arena favorites such as pizza and hot dogs, with dessert
Alcohol
Alcohol not includedThe benefit list reads 'All-Inclusive Food & Soft Drinks', and the benefit list the team's Hockey Virtual Venue displays for this club carries the same line. The club has its own bar, described as part of the room rather than as complimentary.
Not included
  • Alcohol is not named as included
  • Food is not included for concerts, where it is available for purchase

Lower bowl, center iceNo official page prints a section number. The team's membership site says the club pairs 'lower bowl center ice seats' with its amenities, and its benefit list reads 'Center Ice Seating'. The Islanders' own Hockey Virtual Venue names this club's four seating models Sub_Club_Dime_113_1, _114_1, _115_1 and _116_1, which are the arena's space ids for sections 113 to 116; they corroborate the range without printing a label. The arena's accessibility guide lists a DIME Club restroom between sections 108 and 117 on the main concourse but gives the club no number of its own, and the premium seating map does not label it. Third-party guides (TicketIQ, TickPick, September 2026) place the seats in sections 113 to 116 above row 7, with the club lounge at the top of those sections; not official, and matching the space ids.

Not publishedNo official page prints a section number. The team's membership site places the seats in its own words: 'Get up close to the action and watch the Islanders shoot twice from the first eight rows of the lower bowl.' Shooting twice is a hockey orientation phrase rather than a fixed end, because the teams change ends between periods; the premium seating map marks the same end with 'ISLANDERS SHOOT 2X'. The Islanders' own Hockey Virtual Venue names this club's three seating models Sub_Club_VZN_108_1, _109_1 and _110_1, which are the arena's space ids for sections 108 to 110; they corroborate the range without printing a label. The arena's accessibility guide files the lounge itself on the JetBlue Runway Level, the event level, reached best from the BMW entrance. RateYourSeats (September 2026) narrows the seats to the first eight rows of sections 108 to 110 plus the first row of section 107; not official, and matching the space ids apart from 107.

Food
All-inclusive elevated food and soft drinks, served in the UBS Club directly behind the box and available from the time gates open
Alcohol
Alcohol not includedThe booking page reads 'Food & Non-Alcoholic Beverage Package' and 'Alcohol available for purchase'; the 16-seat listings add access to a cash bar, the product's own detail panel on the suite site lists 'All-inclusive elevated food and soft drinks' with the private cocktail bar as a feature of the room, and the suite site FAQ says alcoholic drinks in the UBS Club are the one other cost to consider. Two sources state beer and wine for the season membership in the same club rather than for a box booked by the game: the arena's Premium Member renewal page and the benefit list the team's Hockey Virtual Venue displays for the UBS Club. This record is the per-game box, and the membership's terms are still to be confirmed with the venue.
Not included
  • Alcoholic drinks in the UBS Club are purchased
  • Items added to the included catering package cost extra

Islanders games and other UBS Arena events. The licence page states the inclusion for 'NHL Regular Season games and arena events', and six non-hockey dates read on the arena's own copy of the suite site, across a rodeo, two concerts and a family show, each carry the same food and soft drink wording
Price
2026-27, from every date both suite sites listed on Sep. 18, 2026: 8-seat boxes $4,400 to $13,000 and 16-seat boxes $9,500 to $24,500 for Islanders games, and $2,200 to $8,400 across six UBS Arena dates. The listing card labels the figure 'Per Ticket', but the site's own FAQ says 'The price you see is the price you pay' for the whole box, and the figures scale with box size rather than per seat.

UBS Club Boxes 1–22The official UBS Arena Premium Seating Map on the Islanders' suite site prints the label 'UBS CLUB BOXES' over boxes numbered 1 to 22 in the same colour, in the ring outside lower bowl sections 106 to 112 and in front of 200 level sections 209 to 217; the label and the numbers are on the one map. The Islanders' own Hockey Virtual Venue carries the matching space ids, Sub_Section_UBS1 through Sub_Section_UBS22, each split into an A and a C half, which is how the sales site comes to offer half boxes. The arena's accessibility guide files the UBS Club on The PitchBook Suite Level, reached by elevator from every entrance. The multi-year licence page calls the product 'UBS Boxes' and offers 4 and 8-seat memberships. A check of every date both suite sites listed on Sep. 18, 2026 offered boxes 4, 4A, 4B and 17 on Islanders dates and boxes 4, 5, 17A, 17B and 18 on UBS Arena dates, which is one day's inventory rather than the product.
Rows
Semi-private opera box seating for 8 or 16, with up to 4 standing room passes on the 16-seat boxes

The inclusion is stated on the product page, in the product's own detail panel, on all 26 per-game booking pages read on Sep. 18, 2026, twice in the suite site FAQ and on the multi-year licence page, all of them the Islanders' own site. Beer and wine appear only where the source is describing the season membership in the UBS Club, which is a different way to buy into the same room than booking a box by the game; whether a member's terms differ is still to be confirmed with the venue. No service cut-off is published.

Islanders games, where every booking page states the inclusion. The arena's Premium Member renewal page for the club states food and beverage at all UBS Arena events for members, but the lounge was offered on none of the 38 UBS Arena dates checked on Sep. 18, 2026
Price
2026-27, from the suite site on Sep. 18, 2026: $3,200 to $3,600 for the four-seat block and $1,700 to $2,200 for a two-seat row. The listing card labels the figure 'Per Ticket', but the site's own FAQ says 'The price you see is the price you pay' for the whole unit.

Not publishedThe official UBS Arena Premium Seating Map prints 'MOSAIC LOUNGE' at ice level directly behind the bars marked ISLANDERS and VISITORS, between JetBlue Mosaic Suites 4 and 5, and gives it no section number. The Islanders' own Hockey Virtual Venue carries one seating model for the space, Sub_Section_MOSAIC_E_12, which prints no section number either. The arena's accessibility guide files it on the JetBlue Runway Level, the event level. Every listing on the suite site between Oct. 8, 2026 and Oct. 31, 2026, captured Sep. 18, 2026, sold the lounge as Row F and Row G, seats 33 and 34, either as a four-seat block or as one row of two.

Row F and Row G, seats 33 and 34, sold as a four-seat block or as one row of two

The inclusion is stated on every per-game booking page on the Islanders' own suite site, in the product's own detail panel on that site, on the arena's renewal page for the club and in the benefit list the team's Hockey Virtual Venue displays for it. The one source that disagrees is the summary line on the suite site's product card, 'Food & Non-Alcoholic Beverage Included', which the detail panel behind that same card contradicts; the record follows the itemised sources and the conflict is open as a watch item. No service cut-off is published.
